Overall decent hotel.
Pros:

The staff was accommodating and very friendly. The location was perfect and close to where we needed to be the next day.

Cons:

The hallways smelled like cat urine on our floor. The beds were uncomfortable and definitely smaller than a Queen as we had booked. The room was either too warm with the heat on the lowest setting or too cold if the heat was off- no happy medium. No towels in the pool room.

Cons:

The pool area was very cold. Ice on the inside of the windows. Hot tubs jets broken. I was there with my children so they could swim. Disappointed in the pool area

Pros:

Dirty gross once you get past the lobby the place is run dow. We kept finding candy wrappers all over the room. The pool room air temperature was so cold the plants in the room had all died avoid this place

Cons:

The room was dirty, stains on the comforter and some kind of other stains. There were dirty full hand marks on the walls. The bathroom vanity looks like it hadn’t been wiped down. All in all would not stay there again. We didn’t stay the night because of an emergency. Can’t comment on the breakfast.

Staff was rude when we got there. I couldn’t use my key to get into the building. And the next morning my key still didn’t work and I was at the desk and people were talking that worked there and the house keeper asked us what we needed and helped us before the people at the desk did. Our room has dirty walls and such. It was gross!!
