There were more things in need of maintenance than things that were functional. Partial list: security door at side of building doesn’t close, leaking bath faucet , plugged bath drain, torn curtains, torn rug in room, one of two elevators out of service. Breakfast was there on time, mostly bread, bagels, weak coffee. Bedside lamp too dim to use for reading, electric sockets too worn to maintain contact with a plug.
Positives- the microwave in the room worked and there is a car charger out front. Check in quick and efficient. Plenty of parking. Nice spot out back for walking a pet.
I attempted to be a guest here. I wasn’t planning on it, but I felt tired as I passed by and decided a nap would do me well.
Fortunately for me, nobody was available at the front desk to help get me a room. Even after several attempts to call someone to the front desk with the call button, nobody ever showed up. I decided instead to hop back in the road, and turned out I didn’t need that nap after all.
Thanks Quality Inn for saving me a bunch of money.
10/10, best service I never got.
Staff was pleasant. Carpet in room filthy; wallpaper folding on walls, ac was barely functional sink leaked onto counter. Room stunk like had been smoked in. Towels and bed clean. Paying over $100 was a disgrace.

Just really cold in the pool area
The staff was accommodating and very friendly. The location was perfect and close to where we needed to be the next day.
The hallways smelled like cat urine on our floor. The beds were uncomfortable and definitely smaller than a Queen as we had booked. The room was either too warm with the heat on the lowest setting or too cold if the heat was off- no happy medium. No towels in the pool room.

The pool area was very cold. Ice on the inside of the windows. Hot tubs jets broken. I was there with my children so they could swim. Disappointed in the pool area
Dirty gross once you get past the lobby the place is run dow. We kept finding candy wrappers all over the room. The pool room air temperature was so cold the plants in the room had all died avoid this place

The room was dirty, stains on the comforter and some kind of other stains. There were dirty full hand marks on the walls. The bathroom vanity looks like it hadn’t been wiped down. All in all would not stay there again. We didn’t stay the night because of an emergency. Can’t comment on the breakfast.
