Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location. Lots going on in the surrounding area and just a short walk to the underground.
Very comfy mattress and excellent pillows.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that the beds moved and slid very easily on the wooden floor.

For London, this is overall a good option
Pros:

Good location, equally close to two Underground stations, with the British Museum and a park nearby. The room had everything necessary. The neighbours could not be heard at all, and the bed linen was clean.

Cons:

We arrived about half an hour before check-in and were told that our room was not ready, so we were offered a different one. We declined and waited. After about thirty minutes, we were finally given the keys.

However, the room had not been fully prepared: rubbish from previous guests had not been removed, and there were large clumps of dust under the bed. The bed itself constantly slid across the floor, which was very inconvenient. The towels also had a suspicious yellowish colour. In the evening, there was a pub right below the windows, and the noise from bottles and rubbish being thrown out was extremely loud.

Relaxing, comfortable with excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Upgrade offer to a junior suit for £45.
The cleanliness of the property, communal areas & bedroom.
Perfect location for our visit to the theatre district & convenient for Euston.

Cons:

We had to argue for our 2 bottles of complimentary mineral water as there was none in the room & on enquiring about it we were told they didn’t provide it. When we asked to see the manager & showed him the room facilities, which showed that mineral water was supplied, he relented & provided it.

Hôtel convivial et extrêmement bien situé pour explorer la ville.
Pros:

Accès très aisé, avec le métro et la gare St Pancras à proximité. Restaurants à proximité. Le petit déjeuner buffet salé sucré à volonté. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et très arangeant.

Cons:

Pas de branchement de prise électrique à côté des tables de nuit. Pas de flexible de douche pour se rincer correctement. Dommage !
