Great location and lovely accommodation
Pros:

Booked a deluxe king room here for my daughter's 13th birthday. The room was perfect; so clean and light with plenty of space for 2. Decorated to a high standard and surprisingly quiet for somewhere so central. Was great to be so close to all the local shops etc and perfectly located to keep popping back for a little time out. Every staff member we spoke with was so friendly & helpful. Only issue would be the breakfast was a bit on the disappointing side. We did get down there around 9 which is possibly a bit on the later side but all the pastries were dry and not many left, plus some other bits had run out. Lesson learnt to get there earlier.

Pros:

Friendly staff upon arrival. Yin was great and very smiley.

Cons:

Maybe doors in the bathroom need fresh paint, paint old compare the rest of the room but this is small thing.
