Lovely
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of storage and facilities.

Cons:

There was a bar/club too close which kept us awake. Even when it closed, drunk people hung around and kept waking us up.

Very good would recommend and stay again, price point good
Pros:

The room was clean, location quiet, and it was in a very good location for us, price was not bad either. All in all i would stay again and recommend to others

Det ligger helt perfekt, meget centralt!

Cons:

Da vi ankom og skulle tjekke ind blev vi bedt om at betale (igen), hvor vi forklarede at vi allerede havde betalt. Vi fik værelset uden at betale igen, men et par dage efter havde de bare trukket beløbet igen, så vi havde altså betalt dobbelt. Vi fik pengene returneret, men kun efter vi selv opdagede det og tog initiativ. Derudover var badeværelset beskidt og vinduerne kunne ikke åbnes, så det var svært at lufte ud på værelset.

We were greeted by very pleasant staff.

Cons:

The room was a bit tatty and there were lots of patches filled in with silicon. Also smelt a bit of bad drains.

Spotlessly clean and beautiful room .
Excellent location for a West end trip .

Cons:

Maybe the lift is a tad small , however I understand it’s an older building and there probably isn’t another option.

Okay but disappointing. It could have been good.
Pros:

Good. Nutritious. Tasty.

Cons:

Had to call for maintenance to fix inadequate lighting. This took half- an- hour. Had to request a new kettle. Original not working.
Shower temperature shifting without adjustment by me.
Single bed was very narrow.

the staff let me chck in early. The bed was comfortablr. The location was good

Cons:

The air conditioning in the bath room is very noisy and runs for 5 minutes after the light is turned off. The room has no soundproffing and the noise outside continues for most of the night

Very nice short stay.
Pros:

Very attentive and welcoming staff at breakfast.

Cons:

Although the breakfast was said to be made freshly to order, it came out very quickly and was only warm, suggesting it had been sitting in the kitchen pre-cooked.
