Pros:

All the staff were so nice and very sweet to my children and that means the most to me.

Cons:

The tissue in the bathroom had a dirty spot on it before we came, but it's understandable! & Isn't going to stop us from coming back! We love it here! 🩷

Very disappointed in our stay. My expectations are high after reading reviews and seeing pictures of the hotel/room

We were put in a tiny king room which was definitely not like the pictures of the room I booked online. Feels like we did not get what we paid for. No elevator and the stairway was filthy. I never would have booked that room and it was located by the pool that was extremely LOUD.

Not overly crowded in the pool area even with lots of families staying for the weekend.

Cons:

The bedding had a few stains that were noticeable but nothing that concerned or prompted us to request new bedding.
