4/10 The bed was clean and I was able to brush my teeth, but I won't be back.
Pros:

Breakfast was great.
There was a good selection of the standard breakfasts you'd see at a hotel.
Check-in was pretty quick, no complaints.
There was plenty of parking available.
The coffee was okay, I would put it on par with gas station coffee.

Cons:

There was no water pressure in the shower or hot water.
The best it could muster was a lukewarm stream.
Power outlets in my coworker's room did not work he had to charge his phone in the lobby.
Reactions from the front desk were apathetic at best towards our complaints.

Clean and comfortable hotel and great staff!
Pros:

Hotel was clean and maintained. The breakfast was great and the staff that work in the kitchen are friendly. I liked that they had an actual door on the bathroom instead of some other Holiday Inns that use the barn door style door.

Cons:

The only thing we wished is that the bathroom had an exhaust fan.

Ive stayed in many Holiday Inns and that was by far the worst room ever.
Pros:

Breakfast ok and staff pleasant

Cons:

Room smelled bad( sprayed perfume to make it smell better) tiny bathroom. No extra blanket. Phone filthy can tell it never gets wiped off. Friends stayed in next room over and they had same issues. Embarrassed I chose and booked 2 rooms for all of us

Bathroom mirror was off the wall had to call front desk then no water for several hours then not hot water for 5-7 hours couldn’t even take a shower

Best stay of our trip
Pros:

Everything! The staff was helpful and friendly the facilities were beautiful, with comfortable and large rooms with all the amenities. The breakfast was overwhelming with variety and fresh fruits , eggs , sausage and all.

Cons:

Hard to navigate off the freeway.
