Fantastic
Pros:

Clean, comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located right off the freeway, making it easy to get around Louisville. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as expected. Although the property isn’t brand-new, it was well maintained and perfectly comfortable for our weekend stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff were especially pleasant and attentive. Overall, the hotel provided a nice, comfortable stay.

Cons:

The biggest drawback is the surrounding neighborhood. It’s an older, somewhat rundown area that didn’t feel particularly inviting, so I would recommend being aware of the location before booking. The hotel itself was fine, but the immediate surroundings weren’t especially appealing.

Our room also faced the freeway, and the traffic noise was quite noticeable. Fortunately, I travel with a white noise machine and earplugs, so it didn’t affect my sleep, but it could definitely bother someone who is sensitive to noise. One other minor complaint was the television, which was surprisingly small, perhaps only 25–30 inches. An upgrade to larger TVs would certainly be welcome

The staff was excellent. The food was ok. Front desk was helpful. The bathroom was mainly clean but you could see slimy bacteria growing. The housekeepers and their manager was awesome1 month

Comfortable but very disappointing
Pros:

The staff were nice and the beds were really comfortable.

Cons:

The first night I got there I went to take a shower and the water was out and then to next day I went to take a shower and the water was fixed but it wouldn’t get warm at all it was just cold water.

Good location and comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

Everything was nice. We stay here almost every year on our drive to Michigan and it's always the perfect spot to stay.

Cons:

Pool was under construction so we were disappointed in not being able to use it during our overnight stay.
