We did not stay here and the company is ignoring contacts. We’ve tried to make for a refund that they said we can have because they’re building is under renovations.

Great staff, renovations look good so far.
Pros:

The staff were terrific and gave a great restaurant recommendation.

Cons:

We paid for a room that includes breakfast but did not get breakfast as the dining area was being remodeled. To go meals or a discounted room would have been service recovery but we were not offered either one.

Super noisy. Doors don’t just close, they slam shut. Doors to separate rooms from elevators…heavy slam for everyone. Acoustics bad…noisy footfall…sounds like a lot of clunking…maybe suitcases, but constant.
No seating area to relax. No pool. No workout area. Really just like a motel with a hotel price. Won’t be staying there again.
Good points…appears to be a newer hotel so pretty clean. Staff is friendly and kind.
