About what I expected.
Pros:

Room had updated flooring. Mattress was comfortable. No odours.

Cons:

Tub drained extremely slow. Bathroom vent not working and vent cover rusted++. Informed front desk of concerns and was told they would have property manager look into issues. Rust doesn't happen overnight

Great!
Pros:

Very close to the CAT ferry. Very comfortable also. Everything is in this hotel. No need to go searching for food, drinks or snacks, even little gifts are there to buy. Very nice spot for someone who is winding down their travels.
