Pros:

Staff were very nice. Hotel was very convenient to ferry and restaurant.

Cons:

Parking was a little limited. I did not like walking through smoke when employees were smoking at the back entrance.

Pros:

I liked this hotel, located where I could walk round Yarmouth and it was only a short drive from there to the iconic Yarmouth ‘apple core’ lighthouse on the other side of the inlet. I like that there was a restaurant in the hotel open from breakfast right through to dinner. There was a lot of parking behind the hotel as well as across the street. Wifi was good.

Cons:

I have no complaints about anything.

Super Hotel um Yarmouth und die Umgebung zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Man schafft es vom Hafen auch zu Fuß ins Hotel. Es waren ca. 15 min mit Koffer und Rucksack. Und man kann dabei bereits die Ortschaft erkunden. Das Hotelrestaurant ist ebenfalls in Ordnung - auch das Frühstück war toll, denn es gab auch eine "gesunde Auswahl". (Gegenüber anderen Hotels sehr erfrischend - und man könnte die Auswahl noch erweitern)

Sehr hilfreiches und unterstützendes Personal!

Excellent choice for a stay
Pros:

It was terrific. Very clean and great staff. Restaurant was as excellent. Food good prices and delicious. Close to Ferry was a big plus

Public areas needed updating. Bar located next to the property had some sketchy stuff. Had to park in gravel lot across street Felt sketchy

2 night stay in September.
Pros:

The location was easy walk to several eateries, and a good base to explore that end of the island for a few days.
The staff were EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and kind, as unfortunately we were not well during our stay.
The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and if you needed extra tea/coffee etc, all the staff were pleased to help.
Finally, my husband left something in the hotel room, and housekeeping found it, and it's now being mailed to our home. 100% would recommend. Thankyou.
