Lovely place, lovely location
Pros:

I chose Rodd Grand for my parents who got married in 1951 had their honeymoon there. I hold on to that memory every time I come to Yarmouth.

A must stay
Pros:

Felt very welcomed by Keegan upon my arrival. He was friendly and always had a smile on his face.
When I checked out, Dylan greeted me as soon as I stepped out of the elevator, made sure everything was OK and welcomed me to come back anytime.

All in all, it was a really comfortable and accommodating place to stay minus the fact that the restaurant wasn’t open o
Pros:

I actually like that it was an old historic building

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the pool area there was a lot of hair in and around the outside of the pool along the walkway. It was pretty gross actually.

Needs some upgrades
Pros:

This hotel need some upgrades we went in dec/25 had no heat in the room and we went back feb/26 and had plumbing issues, thank God they have good staff there

Look forward to seeing them all next year
Pros:

I booked 7 rooms for our annual Valentines together. It's my hometown so I love to show if off. This was our 5th year and the Grand never disappoints. I can't say enough about the front desk staff. They go above and beyond to cater to our needs. I always book through Dylan. He is very helpful and professional.
