Filthy dirty, electric outlets not working, sparking and shutting off while in shower. My son fell in the tub and hurt himself. Roaches everywhere, black filthy floors, police were at our section several times, fighting, cussing, screaming all night, people in other rooms following us for food, money, car rides, no housekeeping, could barely get a clean towel. Not answering phone at front desk. Complained 3 times but was told there was nothing in the computer or wrote down. Roaches in microwave. Was told we could use the kleenex tissues if we ran out of toilet paper when going to front desk. Given towels with stains and substance on them.
We're there from oregon to cremate my children's father for an unexpected death. When a roach crawled out of his remains box we almost vomited.
The manager refused to review my videos of the issues and bugs. Roach in our pizza box last night. The only time we brought food in.
Was told by manager tall long hair female working with her male receptionist to disagree and argue that that room was newly remolded and she doesn't believe anything im saying so watch my video, but she refused. Someone also hacked into my phone to watch a movie on my Paramount subscription. Had to shut everything down.
Flying bugs in both rooms and sewage smell in other room 131. I explained several times that we would not be paying for room 129. That we had complained. That we were mostly out of the room handling the estate, funeral bank donations car home. We should not have had to come back to not being able to sleep because of Roaches. Wearing shoes at all times from the black filthy floors that the other front desk lady admitted to being aware of and said they were working on it. Construction going on that was not disclosed to us. I do have the videos and the screenshot of the room # stealing my paramount. The manager kept yelling at me . What do I need to do to solve this?? I said..

My husband got out of the shower and after walked to the bed.. he laid back and I saw his feet and they were black. We couldn’t figure out why then it dawned on me that it maybe the floors, I got A fresh towel and wet it and drug it across the floors, I was horrified. The breakfast was awful. The mattress was tilted feet up.. the room stunk like smoke and pets with A heavy dose of cleaner to try to cover.. I woke up wheezing. The whole place was NASTY!!

HOW THE PURIFIER IN THE ROOM.

Barking dogs, construction at the hotel-Right next door-sawing at 830 am? There was not a warm welcome in any way. The attendant began by insulting me, treated me like I was stupid, let me know no maid service unless requested in the morning and I used the same two towels to shower for 4 days as a result. I don't plan to go back cause I never want to see that guy again. I felt so unwelcome :( I didn't feel very safe with the exterior entry doors and I faced a restaurant.

There is puke on the bottom of the bed and shit on the floor by the toilet. It is very dirty and had I not got in at 3 o’clock in the morning and noticed it I would not have stayed here. I will be asking for a refund.
