Cons:

The ongoing construction noises gave me a migraine. We found a roach in the room. The lack of new towels and toilet paper unless you go to front desk is annoying.

Arrived to room being open and mainteannce painting the room.
NONE of the ice machines were operating.
Key card would not work when we returned to room. In my career I have stayed at hotels all over the world and almost every state in the country and I know not to keep my room card near my cell phones.
Room had horrific musty smell.
Was not advised prior to arrival that breakfast would not be available because of construction. Solely a grab and go breakfast. This is was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.
No WiFi.
No real hot water, water was maybe luke warm at best.
Area was run down and digustingly dirty on the stairs and in front of doorway.
Numerous "guests" smoking marijuana, vaping and smoking outside of room on stairs.
Location is a bad area. Right next to highway, you hear ALL traffic, all night with ambulances, cars racsing. If you are attempting to get rest, this is not the place.

This is a nice facility, but because it is on a very busy street, it was a little hard to get to. Nice overall with an outdoor pool. They are in the middle of updating their breakfast area so we only got a sack breakfast, but okay.

Phillies spring training
Pros:

The hotel was very nice with the pool area enclosed by the hotel itself which kept the wind at bay while in the pool. Jacuzzi is next to the pool and enclosed which is nice. Breakfast is included and its not continental. Most breakfast items are available. The employees are very nice and helpful. The Phillies ballpark is within walking distance as is Lenny's restaurant ( A must stop for Phillies fans).
