Pros:

Staff was very kind, hotel room was clean, pool area was nice

Not very clean, not very hospitable and they’re in the middle of doing renovations in the Indian guy was very rude

It’s served the purpose for a reasonable price point
Pros:

The pricing and location were good. I stayed two nights for a relatively good price point.

Cons:

However, I was charged extra for breakfast when in fact, the breakfast facilities were out of service. Currently under a rather protracted construction project. Although the room itself was clean. The outside was in extremely dirty, shabby condition. Trash and construction materials left, laying all around the property. In the room below me, marked for employees only there was a dog barking incessantly.

The staff was very helpful

Cons:

About 2:30 in the morning I there were people arguing outside my door and I think that were in the room beside us. I tried calling the front desk by the phone provided in the room and it would just give busy tone. I had to use my cell phone to report it.

Ignore older reviews. Hotel getting complete renovation. Exceeded all expectations.
Pros:

Booked this with credit card points. Reviews made me very wary but took a chance. Pulled into lot and saw huge dumpsters everywhere. Yikes! Gentleman at desk (Tobasson?) explained all rooms being renovated and updated. Incredibly clean and posh room. I've stayed at 4 star properties that didn't meet these standards. I cannot speak to older reviews and certainly would never doubt someone's experience that was bad enough to prompt them to take the time to write a scathing review. I rely heavily on reviews and rarely book anything below 7/10. However, my limited points led me here. So happy I took a chance. You should too. You won't regret it!
