Pros:

Everything was good the breakfast the room was cute and clean the workers was really nice nothing bad to say about it the pool was great as well , I will defenetly come back

Pros:

The hotel and room was horrible. We tried to cancel our reservation 20 minutes after booking it and going there to look at it they would not let us and when we tried to call no one ever answered. They had this as a 3 star hotel online was Definity not even a half star

Pros:

Our first room was dingy and smelled awful like cigarette smoke we had to move there was people sleeping outside of the area, which made us uncomfortable. We moved to the other side of the hotel. There was blood on the walls and it was so dirty and gross. I would never stay here ever again.

Stay here often for work I generally have to sweep and mop and clean surfaces every time

Off putting construction makes entry and lounge uncomfortable. Room was fine.

Well pleased
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and updated. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice breakfast offered. In room mini refrigerator was very convenient.

Cons:

Location was in a major remodel, which will be a definite plus when finished. Walkways need pressure washing.

It wasn’t worth the money they charged me. It was the closest place to the hospital and an emergency so I stayed because

Cons:

I have 4 people and was givin a room with one king size bed. After 10 hour drive, had to wait another hour to get a room. Then I was given a room with 2 twin size beds. We were all so tired so I gave up. I was put in a room that smelt like it was in a basement filled with wall paint and cleaning chemicals. No air vent in the bathroom. The morning cooks hollered at my son when he was looking for a sink to pour juice in and she screamed CLOSED and pointed not knowing his mom asked him to go find a sink. Rude non English speaking lady’s.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Room was well appointed.

Cons:

No decaf. We could smell Marijuana all over the place including coming through our 3rd floor AC unit. Breakfast was below standard. Milk was dour. Hardboiled eggs were very overcooked.

did not partake in the breakfast. the front desk was very kind.

Cons:

Opon our arrival we entered the room and found blood on our top sheet. The front desk was very kind and switched our room and offered to comp us 1 night. However, apparently is was only an offer as we were charged for the entire stay. The maintenance worker was rude and the cleaning crew didn't seem to understand what we were asking for. We did not have cleaning done while there, we asked the cleaning staff for an extra roll of TP, which we received. after 3 days we asked for clean towels and was denied. even though we tried to give the soiled towels back.
