Pros:

Habitación y baño, cómodos de buen tamaño para 3 personas.
Estacionamiento en el predio del hotel.

Cons:

El desayuno consiste en una bolsa que se retira por recepción con algunos insumos básicos. No lo tomaría como desayuno propiamente dicho. y por otro lado, tema limpieza, no han pasado por el cuarto en los 5 días que estuvimos, ni para hacer las camas ni para cambiar las toallas. Nos acercamos a recepción cada día a pedir limpias, y nos explicaron que contaban con poco personal en el hotel. deberían mejorar estos servicios o abaratar el costo de la estadia.

Awful staff, dirty bathroom, nice location tho!

It was near a shopping center and not far from the Raymond James Stadium

Cons:

Our room was all clean except the bathroom there was someone's panties and dirty towel next to a dead baby roach behind the bathroom door. But we did not even complain to the front desk because when we checked in he was awful... We checked in the night of April 24, the black guy at the front desk was huffing and puffing the entire time he was checking people in. I was really nice and quiet I literally just stood there and he said I don't look anything like my ID because I look so old in person? Which was weird I'm literally 23... and he knew it was rude to say because he literally said right after "Usually someone would beat me up if I said that to them haha"..... he also kept saying "Yall are here for BTS? Oh my god this damn BTS concert everyone booking everywhere I haven't eaten in hours oh my f--king god shit man I'm so sick of this" and rolling his eyes and shaking his head and when we were waiting, a lady walked up and said she wanted to talk about an issue with the room and before he even heard her out he was already rolling his eyes and saying "oh my god please don't tell me there's something wrong with the room like shit we can't have one day of peace here GODDAMN"...... let that man go or something he was so rude and weird I will never stay here again.

Terrible experience.
Pros:

Staff was the only thing worth mentioning.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Towels were not provided upon arrival. The phone was not working. Renovations were in progress and made us very uncomfortable.
