Only stayed one night and checked out the morning before 11. Was told a refund would be given to me by the receptionist. The next day I never get confirmation of cancellation and the room was not booked with my phone number so I could not message booking . Com support - was given confirmation number . Next day I call the hotel and speak with manager and they can not find my booking ! Then when I give them confirmation number they found me but said my stay was for 2 days!! And would be charging me for the second day!! I said I paid for 7 and need to be refunded !! Never heard back when manager said they would contact me the next day. Next day never came and I kept going in circles with people on the phone . No resolution was solved and I’m still waiting for my refund .

It’s location to the beach.
The pool was so cloudy we opted not to use it. And the floor in our room appeared to have not been cleaned. It has tiny paper pieces on it and felt gritty. We kept our shoes on while in the room to prevent our feet from getting dirty. Plus, the remote to the tv was not wiped down from the last person who had been in the room. It has some sort of greasy substance on it. So gross.
I was extremely disappointed with this property.
First, the room I was initially assigned smelled strongly of marijuana as soon as we walked in. My son needed to use the restroom, and when I checked it, the toilet had used toilet paper in it and had clearly been urinated in. It was obvious that someone had used the bathroom and that the room had not been properly cleaned before being assigned to us.
I went to the front desk and requested a different room. After moving to the second room, I found that the Dish TV box was hanging down and the closet door frame was coming apart. Once again, I had to request another room change.
When I entered the third room, I decided to inspect everything before settling in. The bathroom sink had hair in it, the bathtub also had hair, and when I checked the bed, I found women’s hair on the sheets. It was clear that housekeeping standards were extremely poor.
The pool was also closed because, according to the front desk, the pump had broken. I was told a new pump had been installed and that the pool would reopen the next day. As someone with experience in pool maintenance, I could clearly see algae in the water. The pool had obviously been recently shocked, and the water was still green. There is no way the pool should have been reopened the next day while it was still cloudy and not properly cleared.
As a result of all these issues, I requested a refund, which I have still not received. To make matters worse, I noticed that I was charged for one night even though I never stayed at the property.
I expect a full refund. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. In my opinion, this property does not deserve even one star.
We were very well taken care of, I loved the super downtown area and they are remodeling it I recommend it
The showers are good the water pressure amazing and it’s updated but it leaks all over the bathroom floor
I was hot the a/c don’t cool down in these units during summer time and there was never a breakfast in the morning like it says on booking.com where I booked my room I stayed almost a week
Serious health bacterial chemical issues with pool caused my wife with cancer to get a serious bacterial skin infection and they turned the sign in pic face down and we turned it over after swimming in this pool 2 days in a row and make house keeper did not knock and walked right in twice when our 5 year old and wife were totally naked and staff said they thought pool was locked since Thursday and we're negligent to lock it so hotel guests safety were not impacted
