My stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was limited but satisfying, with enough variety to start the day well. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool—it was clean, well maintained, and a wonderful place to relax. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would be happy to stay again.

It was the cheapest option I could find at the last minute, though still expensive for what you get. It was convenient to get to from the interstate. The staff were friendly. The room was fairly clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, with bacon and eggs, french toast, etc.
The facility is generally run down, with many things in need of repair. The shower was basically impossible to control and barely warm. Housekeeping appeared haphazard, with 4 bottles of shampoo and body lotion but no soap. It's a place that was probably quite nice in its day, but that day was many years ago.

We had no working room key. The door opener was broken. They had to let us in the room with the master key. I could not leave the room with my 2 children because we had no way to get back in. The front desk person said to leave the hatch in the door so it doesn’t close. What!? We get in the room the remote had melted batteries in it when I went to call the front desk the phone did not work. I went back down to ask for a different room and was told there were no empty rooms available. Went to smoke a cigarette and there were drug deals going on in the parking lot. Watched the guy go into the room across from ours but we were supposed to leave our door open when we left the room? The entire stay was horrific. The pictures don’t even look the same. False advertising. I should get a refund. Terrible zero out of ten
I liked the daytime manager and he addressed all of the needs.
It was not clean, the nighttime manager was rude, did not address me when I came in. The nighttime manager did not address any complaints I had

Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities you’d expect – good Wi-Fi, hot water, and helpful staff who were quick to respond to requests.
The highlight for me was the pool. It was well-maintained, clean, and a great spot to unwind in the evenings. Surrounded by decent seating and a calm atmosphere, it made for a relaxing break from the day.
Would consider staying here again.

They did not offer buffet breakfast like the website advertised, in fact there was no breakfast, no food offered. The pool and hot tub were closed which is the reason I booked here for my son. The fitness center was closed and the restaurant and lounge was closed. Nothing they advertised was available and I still paid full price. The blanket had cigarette burns although the rooms state they are non smoking. The TV had a black line running through the center. The bathroom doorknob was about to fall out and the hinge was broken. Toilet cover had a crack in it. There is a condemned sign on a back lower door to the hotel. WTH
The property is condemned from a year ago , inhabitable for humans .. we were stranded without a place to stay .. poor business practices by Booking. Com

Outrageous that I still am receiving emails from you . Don’t you have a policy or system in place to ensure that hotels you promote are adequate and available ?
The location was the only good thing about the place.
The pool was shut down and they had no continental breakfast. Considering that was what I was booking the room for so the kiddos could have fun in the pool and have breakfast in the morning but we couldn't do any of that we had to spend more money out of pocket that we didn't expect to but we still made the best of a shitty ass situation.
No restaurant available even though it was advertised on the website. The pool was not available again even though advertised. Was not notified when checked in about pool and restaurant closed. Had a person who has a prosthetic leg and there are no elevator, asked for first floor was told not able to do that. Asked for call from manager, never received. Definitely will not stay here again.
