Great property with all the facilities that one might need, in a very convinient location.
Pros:

The residence had all the things I needed - full kitchen, washing machine +dryer, bathtub and balcony with beautiful view on the Orchard towers. The location is great 3 minutes from entrance 12 of the MRT and the area is very quiet with proximity to the mall and places to eat. On 12 floor there was a big jacuzzi.

Cons:

The water in swimming pool was cold for me - but I assume with weather like in Singapore it’s like this in all the pools.

Все было замечательно. Спасибо всем, кто делал наш отдых комфортным и удобным.
Pros:

Жили неделю в этом чудесном месте. У нас были апартаменты с 2-мя спальнями и 2 санузлами, идеально для семьи с подростком и маленьким ребенком. Жаль только что вода в бассейне была холодная, только в маленьком подогревалась, здесь и плавал младший ребенок.
Завтраки скромные (не Турция шведский стол), каждый день готовят разные завтраки: американский (яйца, овощи, хашбраун/сосиски), кстати, можете попросить отдельно приготовить любимый вид яичницы, также были панкейки,и азиатские завтраки. Никогда голодными не оставались. Очень услужливый персонал, стараются вам угодить во всем.
Суперски удобное расположение: рядом станция метро и автобусные остановки, тц рядом.
Нам очень понравилось. Вернемся еще обязательно.

Would stay in this property again.
Pros:

The location was good being close walking distance to the train station. Being in the city you did need to use tea to get to tourist locations but simple to get around and safe. We didn’t have the breakfast but requested a toaster in the room. Reasonably spacious and loved the washing machine as we had one week holidaying before staying at the Fraser residence.

Cons:

Nothing we did not like.

Glad to have the experience of re visiting Singapore again
Pros:

Only a few minutes walk from bus stop and a few minutes more to the "MRT" station which gives access to all the shops under Orchard road which is good as once you get your bearings you can stay out of the sun a bit, and up to Orchard road and shops on there when you want.
Swimming pool area was nicely laid out
Breakfast was ample for our requirements as eating a lot before going out into the hot Singapore climate would probably feel uncomfortable for me
Staff were friendly and helpful and any queries answered right away.
We appreciated the self contained aspect and being able to cook if we wanted, the washing machine and separate dryer were really good and because they were there i could of taken less clothes than i did

Cons:

Maybe more seating around the pool for if it gets busy, not a problem for us as January i think is the quite month.
Other than that we were happy as left in peace to do as much or as little as we wanted

Another amazing stay!
Pros:

We absolutely love staying here - it was our second trip and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Great location, lovely staff, very family friendly and super comfortable beds!
