Deff needs up dates. Gould use some fresh paint and new flooring. The ac was good and the bed was soft.

The staff was super personable and friendly, they actually try to make you feel comfortable and like they’re intentions are to make sure you’re getting genuine high quality service.

Bad smell when enterin the hotelin the in tha hall in tha rooms the dirty bedding is full of blood you see that they do not wash them

The hotel lied about the pool being open. It os not open as of 6-15-25. I reserved 2 handicapped accessable rooms on the first floor. I asked for the rooms to be connecting. They claim they can not do that. So then I asked for the rooms to be close to each other. They could not guarantee that either. I left specific notes with the front desk. When I arrived for check in there were no notes and one room was on the first floor and one was on the second.

Spend a little more money and get a room at the days inn right up the road! They are MUCH better!

Horrible. DONT DO IT!!!!! I checked in and the bed looked like someone just got up!! Cockroaches, loose hair everywhere. Homeless people live better than this place!!

The place has roaches and leaking ceilings the entire floor shared one dirty microwave

Had to move from one room to another. Roaches in the room. Multiple. Second room one roach for the remainder of the stay. People are friendly and helpful.

Ok for the price

No microwave allowed in rooms or any other electrical goods . Pool was closed. House keeping was extra charge.
None of this was mentioned in the listing for this hotel when booking.
Cockroachs were coming up through sink so had to shut off plug all the time.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had trouble with the key cards not working. But an okay place.

All good value for money

Well, I didnt leave a review but since I was put on the DNR list for writing a bad review its only right I do so. The rooms are old and outdated. I had several rooms over my stay and they all had problems with the shower. Busted shower heads slow draining tub/sinks, you name it! Dont even get me started on how friendly the roaches are. They have 1 or 2 microwaves for all the residents to share. Thats right! You won't be warming up that left over KFC in the room youll have to walk to the end of the long mildew smelling hallways. But at least youll be able to re code your card key while you're at it because they lose programming if you sneeze too hard. Hopefully there's some one at the desk. Sometimes itll be hours and no one will be there. So if youre locked out youll be in the halls and lobby until someone decides they want to go to work. while youre in the halls beware of the homeless people that wander inside and beg for food and change. Its really a bummer. This place has a lot of potential.if the manager was good enough at her job it might not be a bad place. Like, if a customer has an issue actually talk to them to see how to improve. But apparently thats not how Ms. Tonya thinks. She thinks its better to ban anyone who she thinks gave a bad review so the already struggling hotel can generate less income. Who knew that was a sound business plan? Overall: 2 out of 10. Thwy only get 2 because they actually have beds.

Great Front Desk Agents

Do not stay at this hotel!!! I counted at least 20 cockroaches in my room with the lights on… within an hour of being in the room. The whole building smells dirty, the bathrooms are moldy, mattress was dirty, I’m confident there is probably bedbugs as well. Very ghetto and run down and just not safe do not bring kids and honestly nobody should come here and this place should be condemned…

Do not stay here!!! Bugs! Smells bad!! Staff not willing to do anything! We left after one night into our 7 night stay after my husband had a roach crawling on him while sleeping! The management was unwilling to refund for the unused nights.

Hotel looks like it’s being renovated but the bed was very soft and the customer service rep that works overnight went out of her way to assist I enjoyed my few hours of sleep there

Staff was friendly my room was clean had no issues at all
