Cons:

Having the main light come in when you enter the bathroom in the room is annoying. If you get up in the middle of the night to use it, you wake up other people in the room too, and get blinded. Shower in our room didn't drain fast enough, it's always unpleasant standing in water.

Pleasant one-night stay at a recently remodeled hotel
Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance of a light rail station, a 7-Eleven, and different kinds of restaurants. The free airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but you'll need to contact the front desk to reserve a spot. Depending on how busy the shuttle is, you might be able to ride at the next scheduled time.

My room was very neat and clean upon arrival. Water coming out of the shower was reliably hot.

The lobby has nice tables and chairs typical of Courtyard hotels. The food from the bistro was delicious: I had a quesadilla for dinner and a sandwich for breakfast and they were both delivered hot and fresh.

You can ask the front desk with its friendly staff for late check-out, which is free up to a certain time, depending on how busy the hotel is.

Cons:

The light above the walk-in shower will turn off automatically, so be sure to switch on the mirror light before you take a shower. The AC has no option to keep the fan running constantly — this might be an issue if you can hear cars driving on 4th Street to the northeast. The blinds has some light leaking on one side only during the day. There were no ethernet ports available, but I had no issues with the Wi-Fi.

It would be nice to have room service to deliver food ordered at the bistro straight to my room without having to wait at the lobby, but as someone who is physically active, I don't mind the extra walking.

When I called the hotel to request a shuttle pickup from SJC around 6:45pm, no staff was available to answer my call for a few minutes, which made the pre-recorded menu prompt to repeat.

Really disappointed
Cons:

A security knock on my door with a really bad attitude, told me that I can't play music. He even said that he will call police if I still keep my music on. Omg what kind of the hotel with a security like that.

No encontrar estacionamiento afuera por. Adentro chocaba el carro arriba y afuera ya no avía espacio ya tarde q los carros chicos se queden adentro y los carros grandes afuera 😊😊pero todo bien no pallaron bien para acomodarse el policía de cuidado nos ayudó donde estacionarnos 👍gracias
