Important information:

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

The resort fee includes the following:
-Shuttle service between Havana Cabana at Key West and Downtown Key West, provided every hour.
-Wireless and wired Internet capabilities.
-Poolside cabanas and chaise lounges with service.
-Poolside smoothies served at 12pm in the lobby.
-Cookies and virgin mojitos served from 16:00 until to 18:00 in the lobby.
-Gourmet coffee and tea served from 07:00 until 11:00 under the tiki.
-Unlimited local calls.
-On-site self parking.
-Fitness center usage.
-24-Hour concierge service.

Always a pleasant stay
Pros:

We stay there every year. Atmosphere and staff make it a destination we look forward too.
The parking is great and the shuttle to downtown is perfect.

Cons:

Not much to complain about.

Our second time staying, but unfortunately our last due to policy changes of the property.
Pros:

The location on the island is nice and peaceful. They offer a regularly scheduled shuttle to and from Duval street which is very convenient. The rooms are nice and spacious. The pool and outdoor bar area are nice with the exception of the smoking.

Cons:

A lot of people were smoking cigarettes and cigars in the outside bar and pool area which was very upsetting. There needs to be a designated smoking area away from the guests. Also this resort used to be adult only which has changed making the pool area very noisy. Also, getting splashed from kids jumping or throwing balls in the water was unpleasant. This was our second stay with Havana Cabana and I’m sorry to say that it will probably be our last.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Lots to offer and it was beautiful. We loved having a private little patio outside our room to relax and enjoy the keys

Cons:

It's beautiful. I ish the rooms had at least 1 more light. The bathroom was lit up great but room could use more. Also the middle post on the bed frames are terrible. I hit my toe on it because it keeps bending and was in the way. Thankfully I didn't break my toe.

Konumu güzel, ılık bir havuza sahipti. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Market ve okyanusa yakındı.

Cons:

Yatak konforsuzdu. 2. kez konaklıyorum. Maalesef bu sefer yataklar ve banyo hayal kırıklığıydı. Banyoda temizlik yeterince dikkatli yapılmamıştı. Klozetin rezervuarı iyi çalışmıyordu. Kısa bir tatil için oda değiştirmek istemedik ama canımız sıkıldı.

Pool area and lobby were great. The room itself was absolutely not worth the money.

Cons:

Our room was just ok. The floor was FILTHY. After our shower I was walking around in my bare feet for just a short time and I had to rewash my feet and put on socks because the bottoms of my feet were extremely dirty. The shower pressure was also very poor.

Cons:

The lady bar tender at the pool bar totally ignored us , as she was only interested in chatting with a couple of guys. She was not busy , zero acknowledgement that we were trying to order food and drinks after several minutes we left and went to a off premise restaurant.

Purtroppo non ho usufruito della struttura perché il giorno stesso dell’arrivo ci hanno comunicato che
Saremmo dovuti andare in un altro hotel causa lavori non ancora terminati. L’altro resort era davvero bellissimo, per questo ho comunque dato 7… mi pare improbabile che non si potesse comunicare il cambio prima della mattina stessa (visto il prezzo pagato)

Pros:

Ambiance très agréable avec piscine chauffée. Le personnel du bar est sympa. Le parking est gratuit. Des navettes gratuites permettent d'aller/revenir au centre-ville toutes les 30 min ce qui est très pratique.

Cons:

Nous avions demandé un lit bébé lors de notre réservation 2 mois a l'avance. Après avoir dû redemander 3 fois sur place, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de lit disponible et qu'on devrait se débrouiller par nous même.
Il n'y a pas de rideaux qui permettent une occultation complète. Des engins de chantiers liés aux travaux de l'hôtel circulent devant la chambre a 7h du matin.
