The resort fee includes the following:
-Shuttle service between Havana Cabana at Key West and Downtown Key West, provided every hour.
-Wireless and wired Internet capabilities.
-Poolside cabanas and chaise lounges with service.
-Poolside smoothies served at 12pm in the lobby.
-Cookies and virgin mojitos served from 16:00 until to 18:00 in the lobby.
-Gourmet coffee and tea served from 07:00 until 11:00 under the tiki.
-Unlimited local calls.

Séjour incroyable
Pros:

La literie est confortable, le personnel est très gentil, le parking est gratuit, la piscine est grande et chauffée, avec des bouées, des serviettes, de la crème solaire à disposition. On sert même des rafraîchissement et un petit goûter en milieu d’après-midi. La déco de l’hôtel est ravissante.

Cons:

À Key West, il y a des coqs partout, du coup nous entendions les coqs la nuit, mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement

Ambiance cubaine à Key West !
Pros:

Nous étions 4 (2 adultes et deux ados de 13 ans et 16 ans). Très belle chambre familiale, décorée avec goût, très propre. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine car il faisait trop froid et il y avait trop de vent pour se baigner. Nous avons apprécié la pause gourmande avec les churros vers 16h, c'était délicieux! L'hôtel a été rénové et se situe en bord de la mer, très belle vue et possibilité de balades, magasins à proximité.

Cons:

Rien tout était bien. Une idée : aménager un coin boutique plutôt que de mettre les articles à vendre à l'entrée de l'hôtel

Great place for Key West gettaway
Pros:

Great resort near city centre. Excellent facilities, awesome pool with very warm water, surrounding area, snack bar... Everything is perfect!

Pros:

Piscina maravilhosa, algumas opções de entretenimento (tenis de mesa, e outros jogos), bar da piscina muito bom). Vans a cada 30min para o centro antigo

Cons:

Um pouco distante do centro antigo, apesar de ter serviço de van a cada 30min só tinha um unico pinto de parada próximo ao porto, era preciso caminhar 3,5km para chegar na praia, se pudesse ter um segundo ponto de parada mais proximo da praia ou do marco mais ao sul ia ser perfeito.

Pros:

I absolutely loved the fact that the pool area was spacious. There was ample room which made laying out for a tan, enjoyable. The frozen drinks from the bar were very tasty and they surprised my mom with a complimentary bottle of champagne for her birthday! The front desk staff and the concierge were very friendly. Last but not least, our room was cleaned and restocked with coffee and water bottles daily!

Cons:

My mom did not enjoy walking to and from our room especially with our luggage since they had no carts to transport luggage. We stayed on the second floor and had to walk our belongings up the two steps of stairs. Service out by the bar wasn’t the fastest if you aren’t sitting directly at the bar. For breakfast we were ignored and we were charged 20 percent gratuity which they said only happens during breakfast.

Awesome hotel and staff
Pros:

Great location, close enough to downtown but far enough to be quiet! The free shuttle was awesome. Very nice pool and staff.

Cons:

The property was a little dated and had some wear and tear in the rooms, but nothing that would deter me from staying again.

Härligt ställe. Vi förlängde vår vistelse med flera dagar.
Pros:

Trevligt läge med möjlighet till parkering. Trevligt pool-område med ljudet från det lilla vattenfallet. Mycket trevlig personal. Sköna sängar (men vi saknade sittmöbel i det lilla rummet). Bra med gratis shuttle-service in till Key West centrum. Man känner sig omhändertagen.

Cons:

Den höga musiken i pool- och restaurant-området. Vet inte vem som kan tänkas njuta av den. Ganska plågsamt. Sänk volymen i alla fall så att den stämmer bättre till den i övrigt tillbakalutade stilen som råder på stället.

Cons:

Völlig überteuert für ein Zimmer zur Straße mit Straßenlärm und Blick auf Parplatz. Klebriger Tisch und schlecht funktionierende Badezimmertür. Schlechter Kaffee.
