Important information:

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

The resort fee includes the following:
-Shuttle service between Havana Cabana at Key West and Downtown Key West, provided every hour.
-Wireless and wired Internet capabilities.
-Poolside cabanas and chaise lounges with service.
-Poolside smoothies served at 12pm in the lobby.
-Cookies and virgin mojitos served from 16:00 until to 18:00 in the lobby.
-Gourmet coffee and tea served from 07:00 until 11:00 under the tiki.
-Unlimited local calls.
-On-site self parking.
-Fitness center usage.
-24-Hour concierge service.

During select dates this fall, the pool will be closed as we make exciting improvements to Havana Cabana

Wonderful hotel with great staff and amenities
Pros:

The hotel has amazing grounds with a very large tropical pool. Served great drinks! Rooms are immaculate and the bed was very comfortable.

They also provide complimentary transportation downtown. Most of the drivers were extra friendly and would drop you off wherever you wanted.

Very nice, clean hotel with lots of amenities on a noisy road.
Pros:

The food, hotel amenities, and staff were all very nice. The shuttle service made getting around very easy.

Cons:

The main drawback was how close the hotel is to a busy road. You hear road noise a lot of the time.

Pros:

Nous avons adoré séjourner ici. La chambre correspondait parfaitement à la description et était propre.
Le véritable atout de cet établissement est l’extérieur, qui est tout simplement incroyable. La piscine chauffée est très agréable, avec des jeux mis à disposition, aussi bien dans l’eau qu’à l’extérieur. Les cocktails offerts et les churros apportent une touche supplémentaire très appréciable à l’expérience.
Le personnel a été très accueillant et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le service de navette gratuite pour se rendre en ville est également un vrai plus.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Pros:

64 fahrenheit in the room? This is a joke. And toillett every minutes flushed itself, the walls like a paper everything, surely we heard everyhing what happened out of our room.the parking situation was a purely joke. They said "thats it". F@ck yourself then for that price

Pros:

We will be back! Honestly to start with I was hesitant about the stay. It wasn’t on the beach! BUT!…after seeing how clean everything is, how nice the staff is, the pool area, the food truck area…it’s like an all inclusive area but NOT all inclusive lol. We LUV’d it!! There’s always music playing by the pool and bar area~that’s a must for me!…music sets a vibe, the tone…you know! The food was really great too! FREE shots by the pool at a certain time, free funnel cake fries too! Rick, I mean Nick!..see ya next year! You da best!!

Riservato una camera di livello superiore e all’arrivo ci hanno data una camera basic. Ce ne siamo andati senza pernottare e l’hotel non ci ha rimborsato nulla! Da evitare e fate molta attenzione a prenotare!
