Proximity and Franks downstairs

Cons:

Poor customer service. No opportunity to request and pay for late check out. Flat no we are full. But it certainly did t appear that way. Had a very late long flight back to Sydney so had to sit in their foyer where it was uncomfortable.

Pros:

Hotel has great location. Close to the end of Robson Street and Stadium. Plenty of restaurant choices. Great room and hot tub. Bianca at the front desk was very professional and thoughtful in addressing breakfast need and provided superb customer service.
