Room nice workers we’re the friendliest we can across on our stay elevator sucked ass

It was nicer than the parking garage lead you to be believe it would be

Cons:

The elevator took forever and a day and only one seemed to be working during Christmas week with a full hotel. Literally the slowest elevator I’ve ever encountered

Excellent hotel at unbeatable price
Pros:

The property was conveniently located near stadiums, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Every touch made the experience delightful, especially the slippers and robe. I also appreciated the glass carafes and filtered water

Overall, I still like our stay. Decent hotel and close to everything.

Cleaning services need to be improved.

Privacy and security were a concern — when we got back to the hotel, our room door was left wide open with all our things inside (perhaps the cleaning staff forgot to close it). I called the lobby to report — they didnt do anything.
