Teach your reception staff to show value to your customers.
Pros:

Room was clean, bathroom well designed

Cons:

Reception staff VERY arrogant and cold. No help at all. The night before, we asked for an hour later checkout. Immediately told no. Tone very cold. Next morning we asked another receptionist. This time was told the Wait-List was already full. There was a wait list? Why was our name not added the night before? We were also told that the charge for an hour late checkout was $30. Not coming back here ever and will tell all friends and family! You are not the only hotel in Vancouver!
