Excellent location and service
Pros:

First rate hotel down town surrounded by everything you need.
Service friendly and very helpful..extremly clean in all areas.
Rooms large with all mod cons and bed and pillows very comfortable.
We would love to stay again in the future.

Perfect location and amenities.
Pros:

I booked this hotel for a week for work. Its location is great, walkable distance to many restaurants, shops and sights to see in downtown. You can also rent 2 electric bikes which I took advantage of one day, it was the best day I had in Vancouver. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. I will definitely consider for future stays.

Cons:

Nothing to complain.

Great location. Great staff. I wish the beds were comfortable as that was the only real downside

The location was perfect for our little staycation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable there wasn't a pillow top (so much so that I slept on the pull out couch)and the lobby smelled way too strongly of whatever they were pumping in the air.
