Het was verrassend leuk in Bacharach.
Pros:

De sfeer en receptionist ( die extra lang bleef om ons te ontvangen) van het hotel.

Cons:

Weinig ruimte voor spulletjes in de badkamer.

Classic hotel, great location.
Pros:

This is a historic old hotel just as I like it, right in the middle of the town, we had a nice view out over the street, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a nice size and the air conditioning was awesome during the recent heatwave. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and drink, and the room was very classic and nice. The hotel has a car park just up the road. The hotel does not serve food in the evening however there are plenty of choices nearby which were all good. If I am ever in the area again I would gladly stay here.

Cons:

Nothing really, I really like the older style hotels.

Wonderful hotel in all ways and we would love to stay again.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The room size for our family of 4 was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was especially nice in the heatwave. Breakfast was wonderful. There was a lot of charm and little touches that made the stay just that much better. One of my kids declared this the best hotel room ever!

Cons:

It was too bad the restaurant wasn’t open during our stay.

Heerlijke tussentijdse plaats voor een tussenstop
Pros:

Locatie in het hart van het dorp, alles op loopafstand , gezellige resto's , de Rijn en vlakbij fietsverhuur. Parkeren en laadpaal (2) voor de deur aanwezig. Wel even reserveren.

Вместо заказанного номера в гостинице, мы получили номер в апартаментов, на третье этаже без лифта. Сколько я не пыталась объяснить, что не стала бы изначально это делать ,потому что я инвалид по передвижению и всегда выбираю первый этаж или номер с лифтом, администратор не согласился со мной. После того ,что я послала заказ на номер, он мне выслали письмо,где написали название номера точный адрес(естественно не было указано,на каком он этаже), письмо попало в спам в эл. Почте и я его не видела . Даже если бы и увидела, по названию я бы не смогла понять. Так как в описании отеля это не указано на букинге,а только в соответствующей письме, которое они провожают после заказа, и про,я выбрать нужный номер.
В дальнейшем я не смогла открыть файл у стойки регистрации, он попросту не показывал вариантов проживания, а других номеров предоставить у них не было на момент нашего заезда. Был 1 номер на втором этаже ,но на 2 дня меньше проживания ,его мы и взяли и конечно, каждый подъем и спуск по лестнице, давался мне очень тяжело. Ужасная ситуация, они правда написали на букинг вернуть мне оплату за 2 дня. В номерах нет кондиционеров,только вентилятор. К сожалению, во время нашего пребывания жара была +39 +40.

Short stay during Rhine trip
Pros:

We stayed here several years ago and wanted to return. We were due to arrive after reception had closed and were given simple instructions to access our key/room. In the event we were delayed and arrived the following morning - our key was still in the "key boy" an it was really easy to use. Our room was adequate size but the balcony was a real bonus, there is screening between the balconies to give some privacy. The staff we met were all very friendly.

Cons:

The cobbled street below the window can be quite noisy. Last time we stayed there was a good restaurant at the hotel but it is currently closed, as were others in town, but still plenty of choice.
