Pros:

only the rooms, staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. elevators worked very well.

Cons:

mosquitoes bit my son, too many carpets, sauna door with huge gap down, therefore not enough heat. steam on one occasion too hot. food too expensive. bloody raw chicken caused food poisoning to my wife. people on opposite buildings were watching us and filming.

Short, fantastic and enjoyable.
Pros:

The location, room ambience and staff courteousness in reception and restaurant were exemplary. Stayed for a night and look forward to come back. Great surprise of room upgrade.

Pros:

Frühstück ist okay und angemessen
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Einrichtung veraltet, teilweise kaputt.
Auf Grund der Lage zu einer Hauptstraße eher laut.
Keine Kulanz, wenn man vorzeitig abreisen muß.
Flexibel kann man hier nicht sein, daher für Business Reisen nicht geeignet.
Die Bilder auf Booking sehen besser aus, als in der Realität.

The hotel definitely needs refurbishing, there is an old vibe to it.
Pros:

Comfort of the bed, quiet room, nice staff

Cons:

Almost all curtains were torn; wifi was not of the best quality; shower gel not filled in the bathroom; TV channels did not work well; when I arrived one lamp was spoiled, like rooms are not thoroughly checked.
