Pros:

There's a young man at the reception,one of the best and accommodative guy...and the hotel is generally best and good...I have been there for 2 times now and I like it...

Pros:

We were stranded in Nairobi because of the war in the middle east.
We had a suite at the Safari club where the staff were lovely, as was our room.
Highly recommended!

Pros:

Courteous staff. Edwin and Ezekiel Angote were helpful, always available to respond to our needs. The IT gentleman was also very helpful in ensuring all sound systems are working. Food was good.

I had a restful night
Pros:

The coffee was great, and Staff member s are very polite and friendly. Kudos, The facility may be old, but the People operating or working there can make you smile and forget the old building it the people and not the facility that makes different

Cons:

Due Covid Pandemic, it seems they have not fully recovered, and thus, carrying out renovations will take time to finish. I. We'll give them time and visit them in a year

Det var en ”gammal” stil men väldigt snyggt och charmigt . Personalen var fantastiskt speciellt Ibrahim som blev vår chaufför och guide en dag

Badrummet kunde vara modernare. Dåligt med varmvatten.

Hardly 4 star hotel. Wouldn’t reccomend if you value good sleep.
Pros:

Good location, shopping center nearby.

Cons:

Hotel is pretty dated. Some of the furniture is broken, damaged. Also it gets really noisy at night because of the bars/clubs playing very loud music. The windows are not sound proof at all. Also had a problem thst they did not close properly.

Rooms neat but may need a touch on the curtains to remove dust. Consider replacing carpet as well tonavoid allergies
