Pros:

Proximity to many shops and different towns was very convenient. We enjoyed good breakfast every morning. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Pool was a bit colder than what we are used to at other hotels with indoor heated pools.
Hit tub was not operarional.
Some days it took a long time to get a hold of the front desk agents using room phone.

Pros:

We have stayed multiple times at Crown Plaza. Every time has been very nice

Cons:

The toilet paper holder is awful. One side come off as soon as you touch it. Toilet paper rolls across floor just out reach. Can be very awkward.
