Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. It was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. The bed was very comfy.

Cons:

The bath sink was slow to drain. The tub wasn't very clean, had hairs, and some sort of debris. The room window was like a porthole, tiny. very little light. They don't offer free coffee all day long, only water from a dispenser. There is no microwave in the room, just one for the entire hotel to share. Same with icemaker. There are mini fridges in the rooms, but those have no freezer section, so you can't keep an icepack for travel if you have medicines requiring cold storage. They do have prepacked baggies of ice, but those are all the way on the first floor, and those melted fully, inside the cooler, before we got home, under a 3 hour drive.

Cons:

The front desk staff member Donna was not friendly, and she gave me a key to a dirty/used room. I had to go back to the front desk to notify them what happened. Another front desk staff member gave me a key to another room and apologized for the error. The hotel need to change out the mattress because it had a dip in the middle. Nevertheless, I will not be staying at this hotel again in the future.

I would not stay again.
Pros:

There was an iron in the room and the sink in the bathroom was clean

Cons:

the toilet was not properly cleaned, the toilet seat had pee stains on it which I used my Wet Ones wipe to clean. After using the toilet, my husband noticed once we flushed there was poop that came up and was just stuck inside, he tried to flush multiple times but it did not go. It was really nasty. The comforter/pillow case on the bed was slightly stained.

Very disappointed in my stay.
Pros:

The location was ideal

Cons:

During breakfast, I got expired orange juice. The first table, I seated myself out was filthy, and the second table was sticky. The restaurant floor and the elevator floors were so sticky that my shoes are now messed up. This hotel looks like it might’ve been nice 20 years ago, but is in bad need of renovation and cleaning.

Front desk customer service is very poor !
Pros:

I checked in on Sunday, March 8 at approximately 4 PM. The person or lady that checked me in was extremely standoffish had a poor attitude and was confrontational.. I chose not to engage in her ignorance. I won’t be staying there again.

Pros:

The staff here is always helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean.
