Very disappointed in my stay.
Pros:

The location was ideal

Cons:

During breakfast, I got expired orange juice. The first table, I seated myself out was filthy, and the second table was sticky. The restaurant floor and the elevator floors were so sticky that my shoes are now messed up. This hotel looks like it might’ve been nice 20 years ago, but is in bad need of renovation and cleaning.

Front desk customer service is very poor !
Pros:

I checked in on Sunday, March 8 at approximately 4 PM. The person or lady that checked me in was extremely standoffish had a poor attitude and was confrontational.. I chose not to engage in her ignorance. I won’t be staying there again.

Overall my stay was good will stay again.
Pros:

The staff here is always helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean.

Cons:

Bathroom needs to be more up to date and more tv channels need to be added.

Great location for our needs, good room amenities, good wifi, breakfast buffet needs improvement.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and had lots of storage space which is appreciated on a long stay. Housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but the bright spot was our server Rebecca who was exceptional! Also Eva at the front desk was great. Otherwise most of the staff was not great.

Cons:

We initially stayed for two days but extended our stay in two day increments for a total of 16 days. Every time we extended the hotel charged us another $50 "deposit" which was not being refunded by the time of the next checkout. By the fourth extension we had paid $250 in deposits in addition to the room charges. It was annoying and we protested but were told nothing could be done. Finally one of the front desk people (a manager?) told us they did not need to be charging more deposits and could just roll over the current deposit when we extend, which we appreciated greatly. However at this point (about 19 days after the initial check in) I am still not aware that we have had any deposits refunded. Also, despite paying all of the deposits, we were told that we were not permitted to charge dinner at the restaurant to our room and had to pay cash. To be clear, I am not worried that we won't get our deposits back but it is a poor policy, poor communication, and poor execution of the refunds.

Overall the hotel had a tired depressing feel which the staff (other than Rebecca and Eva) did not help.

Comfortable beds and quiet rooms.
Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only given 2 regular coffee pods, 1 each. Continental breakfast cost was not consistent with the quality.
