Not a terrible stay, however won’t be staying again
Pros:

Great bar downstairs so didn’t have to go anywhere for dinner. Breakfast has lots of options.

Cons:

The pool does lessons so was quite full when we went down. Check in was at 3 but our room wasn’t ready so had to sit in the lobby with 3 kids under 5 for about half hour maybe a little longer. The elevator takes a long time to shut the doors and makes awful creaking noise

Excellent for a night!
Pros:

Beautiful location. Friendly staff at check in and check out. Big comfy room. Comfy beds. All the expected amenities. Plenty of parking. Good choice at breakfast.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed and we had to drive to DQ across the street!

The place was dirty . Unprofessional staff and food was gross
Cons:

The property was dirty . When i checked in to my room there was hair on the shower wall . When i complained about it they said they were fully booked and would try and get us another room because there is no house keeping at night . Not once did anyone apologize for how dirty it was or anything . Our sheets were filthy it looks like someone was previously laying in them. We got our new room and the sheets were still dirty . I would never stay at a best western again. Staff were not nice and everything was just awful . I would take my money to the Hampton next time do not recommend

I liked everything about the property. It was clean, convenient, and the staff were nice. The receptionist Kimberly was the best receptionist Me and my finance ever had. She helped us when there was a problem with our reservation. I will definitely be back next month.

Pros:

Le déjeuner est excellent et varié tandis que la piscine est grande et chaufee. Parfait pour un arrêt avec des enfants.

Cons:

Bon rapport qualité prix, rien a dire. Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour a cet hôtel et ce ne sera pas le dernier.

Just needed a bed, but much better than expected and very well located.
Pros:

Was really just looking for a bed and to get moving again, but everything exceeded my expectations. Pool was a nice touch. I didn’t need to leave first thing, so I took advantage before checking out. Full Krispie Kreme shop is right across the street.

Nothing.

Enjoyable stay, one of the most comfortable beds I have had, good breakfast
Pros:

Really comfortable beds – as though here is an extra mattress pad on them, you almost sink in. Breakfast was fine – eggs, bacon, sausage patties, pancake maker, English muffins, good selection and clean. It seems to be a conference center as well. Very friendly staff - gave us some good hints about restaurants in the area.

Not the cleanest hotel
Pros:

Check in was slow. The gal who checked me in was nice, but was slow. Check out was ho-hom. The girl at the front desk wouldn't even acknowledge anyone who stopped by the desk.
The elevator (the one that was working anyway) was slow and creepy!
My room was dirty and the bathroom was absolutely filty with someone elses hair, nail clippings everywhere and toiletries that were left behind. The trash had not been emptied! The bathroom floor was sticky and gross.
The bed was comfortable, sleep quality was good and breakfast was your typical Best Western breakfast with a variety of both hot and cold items available. I ended up taking my breakfast back to my room because there was no place to sit on a busy Saturday morning.
Parking was a nightmare. I had been blocked in by a schoolbus (with no school children) on Friday evening and had to wait for the driver to be located so he could move the bus so that I could go to dinner. When I came back from dinner, I was able to park in a handicap spot (yes, I have the proper documentation with a placard). When I went to leave on Saturday morning, I was blocked in by 2 different vehicles, both illegally parked, with one car directly behind my car and the other parked (no placard or plate) in the striped lines for the handicap spot. Turns out both cars were inside having breakfast and I don't believe they were guests.
There are other hotels in the general vicinity and I will check those out when I return to the area.
As a Diamond Member I guess I expected more since this property is listed as a Best Western Plus.

Pros:

A good choice for travelers who prioritize cleanliness, peace and quiet, and a great night's rest over flashy extras. Excellent value for the price.

Cons:

if you don't mind adding ten minutes to your commute every time you leave your room due to very slow closing elevator doors...just take the stairs. Also the paper thin pillows are a nationwide hotel nightmare.
