Pros:

Nice, clean hotel. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms

Cons:

Front desk supervisor could not find my hotel reservation at first. When located it, did not have the correct number of rooms available. One room given was too close to the elevator. Other rooms were not available yet as they were still getting cleaned at 3pm.

Overall my stay was amazing and would definitely stay there again. Our room was nice, cozy and clean. Very Comfortable !
Pros:

Everything was nice and just as pictured. Rooms were very clean .

Cons:

I had a rude interaction while a male working night shift when I asked him a question.
Also I was able to get room service because they said the dnd sign was on our door when it absolutely was not !

Overall the stay was good and I would stay here again and recommend.
Pros:

Nice facility with beautiful Christmas decorations a d the staff was extremely nice. Food was good at Starbucks. This was a great location with a variety of food and retail stores.

Cons:

I was on the second floor and it was very noisy and I guess the couple next to us had an argument at 5am Saturday morning.
