Cons:

I was disappointed with the level of customer service leading up to my reservation.

I reached out twice regarding my reservation with requests/questions and never received a response—not even an acknowledgment that my messages had been received. While I understand that not every request can be accommodated, I do expect communication. A simple response, even if the answer was no, would have been appreciated.

I believe responding to guests is a basic part of good customer service, and being completely ignored felt unprofessional. I hope the hotel improves its communication with future guests, as timely and respectful responses can make a significant difference in the overall experience.

Convenient and luxurious
Pros:

I'm not new to business hotels but this one actually exceeded my expectations. It was close to where we needed to be but also provided a very comfortable stay. It's a beautiful hotel and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.
