Location Beautiful as usual. Facilities clean and maintained. Staff friendly and welcoming. Valet Staff exceptional!! Rooms nice and comfortable. I love the shower head!!
I love The Westin. However this time was taxing. Elevator took forever when having to use it. Had to take stairs not to wait 20 minutes. In room 808 you could hear the elevator going up and down all night. Should repair it or do not book surrounding rooms. Safe did not work. Had to take valuables with us s each time we headed out.

The staff was amazing
Only 1 elevator working
The elevator situation was very frustrating. We couldn’t find any stairwells to get to the 7th floor. We had to wait over 20 minutes for an elevator on multiple occasions. If elevators aren’t working at least post signs for the stairs. I know it was unusual. Two separate elevators got stuck on Saturday night. For a nice hotel it was really a bad situation. One guest mentioned it’s been like this for over a month.
Elevators were broken only 7 people per elevator and 20-30 wait.
Great hotel, restaurant and location. Best part was Chelsea and Laura working the lobby coffee bar. They are amazing! Always smiling and happy to be there. Made my morning get off to a great start. Can’t wait to visit the hotel and Chelsea and Laura again!

The rooms were nice.
Good Morning! I'm emailing to say what a complete disappointment out stay was this weekend! Upon arrival everything thing seemed okay, as we were waiting for the elevator we were told by another person staying at the hotel that she had been stuck in the elevator and had to have the fire department come get her out. We used the elevator and got to our room on the 16th floor. We left later for our concert, when we returned, which was very late, the elevators were not working correctly, and we waited a very long time to get to our room. My husband has a bad hip and walking up 16 flights of stairs would be painful. Early Sunday morning my husband went to get something from our vehicle and when he came back someone was stuck in the elevator AGAIN! He was going to use the stairs, but the doors were locked, and no one could find the key to open the door to the stairs. Imagine if there was a fire and the doors were locked and no one could find a key. Once the key was found my husband had to go up 16 flights of stairs to get back to our room with a bad hip. This is unacceptable, especially considering paying $235.00 a night.
The location was excellent.
The comfort level of the beds didnt seem to be what Westin hotels usually offer.
Also, there was only one elevator working at a time.
Excellent location with a great view.
