Huge comfortable more!
Pros:

It was close to the airport.

Cons:

It was a little more than I would have liked to pay. It was a great value for the huge room that it was. I didn’t need all that it was.

Perfekte letzte Nacht in den USA
Pros:

Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer mit eigenem Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Die Nähe zum Flughafen und der Shuttleservice waren perfekt. Super Frühstück.

great place to stay close to O'Hare
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable and the staff were lovely. Restaurant had a varied menu and was reasonably priced. Easy shuttle to O'Hare to catch and early morning flight

Another great meeting
Pros:

I am just finishing up a meeting at this hotel. I'm the meeting planner and we have used this hotel a few times. It is perfect for a business meeting. The guest rooms are spacious and clean. But the meeting space and the catering staff are excellent. They are on top of everything with a smile. I have to especially thank Mary, Therese and Roumel who have been here for the three meetings we have done in the past years and they are top notch!! I've worked with a lot of catering staff and they are the best! Wish I could clone them.

Crissy’s wonderful experience

What a great experience, the shuttle arrived at the airport, right at the moment we got to the shuttle area. Next, the room was ready, an hour early. The Hotel is very clean. We stayed there, as a in between heading on to Union station. The front desk was friendly and professional. I do want to give a special shoutout to an employee. I may spell her name wrong, but it’s, “Natalia” she works in the “The Flight Restaurant”. Onsite. We went for an early afternoon dinner. We gave her the things we wanted, verbally, and she remembered everything! And not only that, she was very attentive. And everytime we saw her, she was doing something. The great thing about traveling, (if a person can afford it) you get to know new people, learning she was from the Ukraine. The only thing she didn’t do, was mention the size of the plates🤣 they were huge. But, we were very impressed with her, we gave her a very good tip, and she was very humbly, greatful! Excellent employee. I’m a member of Marriott. I usually book through Delta Skymiles, for the miles, but, Marriott is my number one choice for all Hotel stays. Thank you!

Great stay at the Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare and had a great experience. The staff was wonderful and a big shout out to Tammy R. who went above and beyond her duties, she was supper helpful. I can't say enough about the staff they made my experience incredible.

Pros:

I liked the room and the breakfast. Breakfast was convenient and there are options if you don't want the buffet. The location is close to the airport and even closer to the rental car return.

Cons:

The rooms are in desperate need of updating and the hotel carpets could use some deep cleaning or replacing.

Not as good as it used to be
Pros:

The rooms are extra large and the sofa is nice. Bed was ok and the pillows were great.

Cons:

The phone in my room didn't work, and the website for room service didn't work. I had to take the elevator down to order room service, which kind of defeats the purpose. There were dirty plastic cups left in the room that smelled like beer.

Great staff!
Pros:

I stay here 4x a year for a business workshop next door. The staff is always kind and Tammy at the front desk is always helpful! Highly recommend!
