Very close to airport , early check in, late check out and big rooms

Jeg var lovet værelse med badekar. Det var i bestillingen. Jeg bad receptionisten tjekke, men alligevel gav han mig et værelse uden. Jeg fik sen check out, men så virkede nøglerne ikke længere. Endnu en tur ned i receptionen. Men ellers ok. Fint stor værelse.

The Pittsburgh Paints Company just wrapped up their first Midwest Division Sales Meeting and we couldn't have made a better choice of who to host. We had colleagues from all over the Midwest including our leadership team from Atlanta and Pittsburgh and you hit it out of the park. Accommodations, parking, meeting rooms, etc, were all superior, but the people are what sets you apart from other venues I've been to for events like this in my 35-year career. Special shout out to Food & Beverage. Mary, Therese, Julie, Salvador, Anul with the cool looking chef hat and the rest of that team crushed. Would recommend you all every day of the week and twice on Sundays. Thanks for the all the kindness, all the smiles and overall awesomeness!!!

The room is big. The restaurant is very nice for dinner and breakfast 👍🏻！

Love the room and ambiance

I’ve been living out of Marriott Bonvoy properties for the past six years, and Sheraton Suites Chicago O’Hare is one of my all-time favorites.

The service is exceptional, starting with GM Russell John and his outstanding team — Tammy, Nelly, Bryan, Augsto, Anda, Bibi, Oksana, Tanya, Loraine, Vadym, Yulia, Viktoriia, Eriselda, Emely, Uliana, and Alex. During my last stay (40+ days), they made me feel completely at home. Check-in was seamless, the property was consistently spotless, and every request, from WiFi to food recommendations to extending my stay, was handled with professionalism and care. Tammy and her team especially stood out for their proactive communication, attention to detail, and warm care.

The open-air lobby is beautiful and welcoming, with a restaurant/bar offering made-to-order breakfast and plenty of space to work. All rooms are true suites with a separate living room and bedroom; the corner suites are particularly spacious with great natural light.

Free shuttle service to/from O’Hare, plus nearby restaurants and a Target, make it incredibly convenient.

Highly recommend, A+ staff and experience.

This hotel was great. Rooms are big and spacious, the location is actually close to O'hare (especially given most airport hotels at O'hare aren't close to O'hare at all). The staff were friendly, and the shuttle was on time.

Front desk representative, Nelly D. provided above and beyond customer service.
I approached the front desk and asked if there was an area where I could print something. Nelly immediately said, I can help you with that! She was both professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Kudos to Nelly for taking care of my need, making my life easier. 10/10!

Proximity to airport, comfort, safety, cleanliness

The entire staff has been amazing and so helpful! I want to give special recognition to their supervisor, Tammy, who was truly outstanding during my stay. I’m a travel nurse and lived at this hotel for five months—anytime I needed anything at all, Tammy went above and beyond to help. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference and truly made this hotel feel like a home away from home. I’m incredibly grateful for her and the entire team, and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.
