Over all good but the door on our room had problems closing and issues with the A/C
No valet parking. Keys had to be uploaded every day. No restaurant in hotel
The hotel parking garage was destroyed and couldn't park but luckily there weren't many people there, so we parked by the door, and they comped the parking charge. The TVs in the hotel weren't working, the AC wasn't working so they put fans in each room which didn't help much at all and we didn't get a refund or discount. Brown toilet water the entire time and black bugs came out of the tub faucet each time.
Turned up at the hotel to find it had been closed for 3 months. Hotel.com did not inform us. Had to find somewhere else to atay.

The hotel cancelled our reservation because the HVAC wasn't working. Expedia still has not refunded me and I can't reach a human over the phone to cancel. Inexcusable on all accounts.
Showed up to check in and the hotel was closed and I was never contacted.
Took a full day and multiple texts and phone calls to get a refund. Communication could have avoided all of this!!
I arrived to check in, to find out that the hotel had been closed down because their AC wasn’t working and they were sending guests to other hotels. I was not notified of this, although they claim they did … So i was turned away with no recourse to find another hotel for three nights, after flying in to town and expecting to have a hotel to actually stay at.
Hotel called me the day before checkin to cancel our two day reservation. I understand the circumstance's were beyond their control. I was able to find a different hotel for a higher price due to it being last minute a little further from Beale St that I had to pay for at checkin. Problem is now it has been five days since they canceled my reservation and they still have not refunded my money.
Was closed on arrival, never notified me, everything nearby sold out.
No AC, no breakfast, though I have paid for it, didn’t tell me a head of time that they didn’t not have ac and breakfast, they just told me the horrer story upon arrival, they offered fans and if you don’t like that, the third party will refund your money, I had no choice but to stay, because the alternative is double what I have paid months ago, this is immoral and deceptive practices!
AC was inoperrative , some of eminities were not available , fitness room needs attention
The only issue I had was the AC wasnt working during our stay so it was hot. However, the staff did let us know of the issue on arrival and let people choose whether they wanted to stay. We were only there for one night so we toughed it out. Our stay was pleasant otherwise, and if we are ever in town for a Grizz game I would book here again.
Hotel in complete disrepair. No AC, 1 of 3 elevators operational and the lights didn't work in that one. Skeleton staff doing the best they could, but place should be closed by corporation until they can bring it up to standard. The list of what is wrong this place is endless.
Unfortunately the AC was broken during my stay, they did offer a fan tho.. the pictures aren’t really accurate but overall it was a good stay. Would stay again
Never checked in. The air conditioning was out of service (for months) and we were not notified in advance, by either hotels.com or the hotel. We ended up canceling the reservation and paying more to stay at another hotel, which was very inconsiderate and inconvenient. The front desk worker was kind and courteous.

I ended up not staying here due to the fact there was no air conditioning at the facility at all. I was not informed ahead of time and I’m still waiting on a refund and it’s been 5 days.
