I liked the location of the room in proximity to the office. The room was neat and tidy with ample towels.
The fridge didn't freeze because there was a buildup of ice. The door deadbolt lock was broken. There was a nasty used towel left hanging on the shower curtain. The charging plug between the beds was already broken and separated from the strip. The shower soap dispenser ran out completely. The entry light at the door made an annoying buzzing noise. The peephole was covered with paint and the shade was too flush to peek if a visitor came. The phone had absolutely no information on it to display numbers or anything. The worse thing was the ice machine reservoir- dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.
Tv and microwave went out the employee couldn’t get it to work and told us he couldn’t get us another room or issue us a refund so we had to check out at 11 at night and go find another hotel very disappointing and will never return.
The front desk lady has excellent customer service!
