Great staff and great stay!
Pros:

As a silver member I felt very taken care of. I had a direct chat with the front desk, free waters daily in my room. The staff was very attentive to all of my needs and the breakfast was incredible! Made to order omelet bar!

Fabulous 90th Birthday Bash!
Pros:

We booked ten rooms for my Mom’s 90th birthday celebration. Four generations under one roof. initially I didn’t think we needed to post her 90th birthday on the event board and TVs, but Kenna, our event planner, told me people really seemed to enjoy seeing their name in lights. She was right! Mom loved it. The whole family loved it. Other guests stopped her to congratulate her by name (she was wearing a tiara and a 90 n fabulous sash). The hospitality suite we rented was reasonably priced and wonderful place to visit, eat snd play board games. What a view! Folks liked the convenience of being able to run back to their rooms on the same floor. Already people are saying we should do this again. We had never done a big family hotel staycation before.The breakfast received much acclaim. Most excellent hot tub. Already the family is saying we should do this again. Great location for those flying into town.

Great for everyone.
Pros:

The staff were extremely accommodating. We arrived with an ill traveler and they allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Great breakfast, happy hour for adults and speedy elevators.

Cons:

Parking is difficult especially if there is an event like a wedding.

Nice hotel but not great if you need sleep.
Pros:

Location was close to Airport. Easy to get to from highway. The staff when we checked in was very nice.

Cons:

You can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in this building and outside. I am not exaggerating when I say we could hear the conversation in the room next to us. The children playing in the room above us. And every hour the street train outside sounded like it was busting through a pile of dumpsters as it went over the tracks. If you have an early flight and need sleep, maybe don’t choose this location.

Went with my mom and dad. When we arrived there was a USED CONDOM sitting on the dresser. I stopped my parents from entering and complained to the staff. this place is DISGUSTING and i do not understand how it stays in business.

We enjoyed the breakfast, our bed was uncomfortably low to the floor
Pros:

Breakfast was very good - so nice to have a made to order hot breakfast to start the day!

Cons:

The bed. very uncomfortable for us. way too low to the floor. We are tall, these beds were very uncomfortable to get in and out of. We also could not find the thermostat in our room to control the temperature either?

We loved this hotel. Free shuttle to airport and Mall of America. Front office staff were amazing and helpful. Bar staff

Location, facilities, rooms were clean huge comfortable. Heating worked amazing. Loved the sitting room.

Cons:

Menu had little or no vegetarian options. Same with breakfast fruit was just and orange and apple cut up.
