Great hotel with large, clean facilities. Very convenient location for MOA shopping.
Pros:

Large rooms, large lobby to gather with family. Kids thought the elevators were fun. Two free drinks per night was a plus!

Cons:

Pool is small and did get crowded fast. We never ended up swimming because of how packed it was every night.

The breakfast was very good. Room is comfortable.

Cons:

I shouldn't have to pay to park my car when I am a guest. Did not know that when reservation made. Room was hot, was on 5th floor, turned the heat off and ran the fan but no real way to cool room. This place is busy and noisy. Will not be back at this site.

Great hotel overall and good value, except for the bogus pay for parking.

Cons:

Room temperature was very warm and apparently can’t control the temp within the room. They said it was centralized and couldn’t convert it to cooling from heating.

Pros:

Great location. End of positives. No AC. If you like 85 degree rooms in March, have at it. Hot tub pump was out and water was slimy. Remodeled bathroom were done by non-pros. 1” tile strips on floor behind toilet, small curb in walk-in shower plus a 3” short shower curtain=flooded bathroom. Light switches in really bizarre places makes walking in a dark room tough. Extremely hard mattresses. No need to say more just avoid this place at all costs.

Overall the kitchen staff was friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good, and the pool was a plus for my kids.

Cons:

FRONT DESK STAFF, the Latina lady who helped me wasn't friendly at all, and her attitude wasn't welcoming. As a Latina myself, I thought she was going to be friendly, but no!
