Overall it was wonderful and we will stay at this location again if we come back to minneapolis

The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, though I appreciated that they had fresh fruit, i.e. melon and pineapple.

Cons:

The sofa bed my son slept on was extremely thin and painful to sleep on as he could feel the springs digging into his ribs and hips.

Room was clean. Service very friendly. Requested a crib and it arrived at my room within 10 min. Close to airport and MOA. Will return.

Extended adult swim but upset thst they changed it and happy hours changed. Cut time on both

Cut back on extended swim hours for adults a d cut back happy jour. And psinin ass to have to carry tickets for bresakfast. Maintence staff ,well a specific sdcurity guard was discrimininating and verbally abusive to a handicapoed person . Myself. Inexcusablem i got no apology. I was here celebrating my bday. Had to use my i haler , issie with breathingm he yelljed at me, accising me of vaping! I do t even have a bape!! Just usung my inhaler so i wouldnt have asthma attack , and him causing me a pabu. Atta k. I tried to show him & explain this my inhaker, i have legal right to use of a medical devicem saud to me he didbt give a shut. I was movi g to slow!! No offer of assistancd and im mentally & physically handicapoed! I tried to reporry it and was blown off!! Ive necer been treatrd like thst. Ive been cominh here fot years!! He jusr ruined my birthday evening, instead of rekaxung , ibwas made to hzce panic attack and piyt into tears!! I was struggling and no assostsne was offered!! Now my fivromyalsia was tfiggered due to put unnder stress and abuse. Now i cant use dacilitoes to help(hot tub) cuz i have to check out. I am in worse pain now than was whrn i camw!! Ruined ecperience. His begavior met guidline of sbuse of a vounerable adult!! . Fed crime. They dud nothing to accomidate me or apologuse . I think i deserve a free night or duscount but i apready paid. Jusr writing this put me in tears!! Its not right, i did no wrongim so distressed rightvnoe! Mgnt d I dt do snyrhjng.
