A good place for families
Pros:

A great location for hanging out with my elderly parents.

Cons:

SO COLD! It was 90deg outside and 60deg inside. Too much AC.

Work travel with home comfort
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and lounge area had lots of spaces for sitting privately. I really enjoyed the fountains and happy hour snacks. Room was clean and very quiet. Never once heard kids running or planes overhead.

Cons:

That I was only able to stay one night.

A comfortable stay with excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing with cook to order eggs as part of a fantastic Buffett. They also offer free drinks and snacks at happy hour.

Cons:

Would be nice not to pay for parking.

Pros:

The breakfast was good and the hotel felt very luxurious! We were there for a family vacation and the kids loved the pool!

Cons:

We were disappointed to find out that you paid per day to park. With a large parking lot and the cost of the nightly room, parking should have been included! The pool water was very cloudy and a little off putting for me but the kids loved it!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious. Nice eating area. Nice workout room. Comfortable beds.

Great breakfast selection. Fast elevators. Comfortable queen beds. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bathrooms very small. No fan in the bathroom to clear out fog. Carpet had a wet spot by side of bed. Small pool mainly for little kids, not teens or adults during the daytime

Pros:

I lost my phone at the buffet and someone turned it in at the front desk.
When we checked in the computer was down but the staff was able to get us into our room quickly.
The comp drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Especially enjoyed the pop corn.
The staff was really nice.

Cons:

I slept on the pull out and my pillow and blanket smelled like feet.
The front room was really noisy. Could hear people talking in the breakfast area and an alarm went off at 3:00 am for several minutes. It was so loud that I thought the clock was in our room.
The lids to the serving dishes on the buffet do not stay open.
