רק 16 בתים =על שטח גדול ולכן אין צפיפות וכמעט לא רואים את השכנים

Pros:

Super helpful and kind staff making extra effort to make our stay pleasant. Kanchana, the hotel manager arranged for a birthday cake for us, and was very focused to improve breakfast.

רצון אמיתי להשתפר ולתת שירות מעולה.
Pros:

צוות יעיל וחברותי, עוזר מאוד. שירות מעולה. החדרים הגדולים ממש ענקיים ומפנקים. הכינו בשבילנו עוגת יומהולדת.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר ביום הראשון היתה אסון אבל מנהלת המקום, מיוזמתה, שאלה מה נרצה שישפרו, ואכן ביום השני כבר היה שיפור ניכר וארוחת הבוקר היתה די סבבה.

מתקני המלון ברמה ירודה, המלון רחוק שנות אור ממלון 5 כוכבים, מיקום המלון מצריך נסיעה של כ 20 דקות למרכז , זה לא בארוגם ביי, ארוחת בוקר דלה ביותר ללא ירקות ,ללא גבינות או יוגורט, מגוון מצומצם מאוד של ארוחת בוקר, רמת תחזוקה ירודה מאוד של מתקני המלון , ניקיון החדרים ובריכות השחיה לא מתוחזקות, אין בר ליד הבריכה , התמונות בבוקינג ממש לא משקפות את המצב הנוכחי של המלון , צרפנו מספר תמונות להתרשמות ויש עוד הרבה , חווית שירות גרועה מאוד

L'hôtel est magnifique. Très cosy. Les chambres sont réellement immenses et très confortables.

Aprota Villas – Review

Aprota Villas has the potential to be a beautiful place, and you can tell it was probably a fantastic property when it first opened. Unfortunately, it now feels quite run down and, considering the price, it simply doesn’t offer good value for money.

Room

* The welcome letter in the room was addressed to another guest, which wasn’t a great first impression.
* There was confusion about the breakfast time (9:30 or 10:30), as we received different information from different staff members.
* The room was very dark, with insufficient lighting throughout.
* The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and there was no A/C in the bathroom.
* There were visible signs of mold, particularly inside one of the wardrobes.
* One of the mirrors in the room was broken.
* Despite the villa being prepared for two guests, there was only one spoon available for our entire stay.
* We requested different (flatter) pillows, but they only arrived 48 hours later, by which time the request had become almost pointless.

Food & Service

* Breakfast and room service were honestly very disappointing. The food quality was poor and well below expectations.
* Breakfast service was almost non-existent.
* The biggest surprise was having a staff member deliver room service while chewing tobacco. I have never experienced that before, and it is simply unacceptable in hospitality.
* We were advised to place food orders while in Arugam Bay so everything would be ready upon our return. Instead, after arriving back at the villa, we received a phone call asking us to confirm the very same order, defeating the entire purpose.
* The concierge service was vague, confusing, and almost non-existent. It rarely felt like anyone was able to provide clear recommendations or practical assistance.

Pros:

Perfekt for avslapping, veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personal. Personal(Kanchana) var alltid tilgjengelig visst en skulle lure på noe, og alltid like hyggelig. Vil absolutt anbefale dette stedet, og vil gjerne komme tilbake igjen her.

Cons:

Var et stykke fra sentrum, men hotellet stilte med gratis skyttelbuss, noe som hjalp veldig.

She is absolutely the sweetest! ❤️

It was such a pleasure to arrive and be welcomed with a warm smile and such genuine kindness from the very beginning. She made sure we had everything we needed, and the entire staff was always available, friendly, and happy to help with anything we asked for.

Even after check-out, she kindly let us stay at the property for as long as we wanted, which was incredibly thoughtful and not something you find everywhere.

The place itself is amazing—it’s spacious, with a beautiful swimming pool, a private beach, and even a private pool in the room.

Outstanding service, a truly personal touch, and a perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it! 🤍

à éviter.
Pros:

il y’a tout pour en faire un bon hôtel mais c’est catastrophique, mise à part le personnel au petit soin et très gentil et un cadre assez beau, il n’y a rien qui justifie le prix ! on a tout de même reçu des cookies et un sac à notre départ et un taxi nous a amener jusqu’à arugam gratuitement.

- nid de fourmis dans les chambres
- piscine privé extrêmement sale voire inutilisable (on ne l’a pas utilisé )
- piscine commune assez sale aussi
- nourriture immangeable sincèrement il y’a une assiette que je n’ai pas pu toucher + vaisselle mal lavée
- trop loin de la ville
- parfois le personnel en voulant être présent en faisait beaucoup trop on se sentait surveiller et ça met très mal à l’aise.
- mer à côté de l’hôtel trop agitée donc on peut pas s’y baigner.
Ils ont du potentiel d’en faire un hôtel bien mais malheureusement ce n’est pas le cas c’est dommage mais on a fait 6 hôtel au sri lanka et c’était notre grosse dépense niveau logement pour se faire un kiff et finalement il finit dernier de notre classement bien derrière des hôtels à 50-100 $ la nuit !

Pros:

The service at the hotel was absolutely amazing. They brought me a birthday cake and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. We had a truly wonderful experience.
