The balcony was nice and modern shower.
The whole room was humid, especially the bathroom where no ac or fan was installed which meant during use we had to open the window which let to many many bugs entering. The room which had AC was not humid and warm at best, and this is after I adjusted the thermostats for the room which was conveniently placed on the ceiling. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows too soft for my taste. Finally the tv in the room had no other options other than live Italian tv, unless you have an HDMI cord and compatible device. I know I sound very upset but in this trip I’ve stayed at hostels and three other non brand hotels and this has been the most uncomfortable, especially for the price. Also I am American so the weather complaint might just be that I’m used to cooler temps. Also the neighborhood was somewhat iffy, and always smelled, the bathroom had no hand soap and after I asked they only said they have shampoo, which is the same as what they provide for you to use. In the four nights we were there for the three of us we were provided two shampoos each to use for washing hands and showering which I felt was odd especially since I had to go ask for the second.
