They deserve one star
Pros:

Bad customer service no one tell you anything no destruction expensive for not Rezan very dirty they don’t even clean this was very dusty very old furniture very dirty I didn’t like it. I would never say it again.

Cons:

Everything is horrible place to stay very dirty. I will never stay.

Pros:

There was a free shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel was beautiful and the room was great. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookie received upon check in.

Met the purpose.
Pros:

Hotel: The parking wasn't great. I good exit at the far end of the circle.
The bed was one of the best I've experienced recently.

Cons:

Room: No frig & streaming options behind other major city hotels. The facility to older design & not much has been done to adapt it.

Ok. Wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Good location for airport

Cons:

Be aware this hotel does NOT have a pool.

Would have been nice to have an attractive exterior space to sit out in (as opposed to the seating area outside reception. We had an am-mid pm hang about prior to our flight.

Hotel needs to be refurbished.
