Pros:

Staff was very helpful when the TV wasn't working. Responded immediately and resolved the problem.

Cons:

Hotel is being renovated. The room was very nice. Once the renovations are completed, it will be very nice and I would give it a 10.

Pros:

Good location for where we needed to travel to, rooms clean and comfortable, laundry facilities and small pool available.

Cons:

Was being updated meaning the gym was unavailable and breakfast was moved to an adjacent restaurant with a reduced selection. It would have been good to have been informed of this before arrival. Pool chairs need an upgrade although this might be done with renovation work.

Great value, great service, great deal, we will stay there again!
Pros:

Clean room
Very comfortable beds
Excellent FREE breakfast, including eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, toasted bagels!
Online checkout, really easy, no need to go to the front desk!

Cons:

No table in front of sofa bed to eat our takeout dinner.

Very Nice Property
Pros:

Great location with easy on/off access to I-84. Good restaurants in the area. Check-in staff very friendly and accommodating. Under major renovation but, not to worry, there was no inconvenience to guests. Enjoyed the hardwood floors in the room and the lovely lemon fragrance when we entered the room.

Cons:

Water in the shower was warm but not as warm as I would have liked. No freezer in the refrigerator. The air-conditioner was noisy when it came on and then went off to the point we couldn't hear the TV.

Good location. Decent hotel. Family friendly. Fair pricing. Not the quietest hotel. Double charged.
Pros:

Love the newly renovated rooms! Much nicer than last time we stayed.

Cons:

We could hear traffic very clearly in our room, almost like the windows aren’t sealed 100% (even with the curtains shut & a/c on, on the 4th floor). We had the same problem last time we stayed, except we were on the 1st floor so we expected that. Also, we paid in full (over $500) at check in, but we were charged nightly on top of that. Nothing was said about being charged twice at check in, only the $100 security deposit which I expected. So that shocked us, because a lot of money was taken out of our checking account and it really screwed us financially. Luckily we got the money back a few days later, but it would have been nice to have known. This did not happen last time we stayed at this exact hotel, I’m not sure if it’s a new policy that I missed.

The hotel is in a good location and we were very comfortable
Pros:

The updated room.... no stinky carpet.

Cons:

The bathroom! Why have a picture over the toilet when there's no place to put the towels ? Also the bathroom door is dangerous it's heavy and blocks the toilet and shower. A sliding door on the outside of the bathroom leaves more room to move in the bathroom !

Cons:

Hand soap dispenser was empty. Small bathtub and toilet too low. Shampoo and conditioner was awful. Staff was excellent. The woman who checked us in was super nice and helpful.

Room was clean and in a fairly quiet location. Prompt response to a TV problem. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Had to call for maintenance, as TV was not working. HVAC system was very noisy, and there was always a draft in the room because of it. Internet was slower than expected.

Oasis on the journey
Pros:

Check in went very quickly. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. One of the first thing my wife checks. Staff was very accommodating. Addressed any needs. Breakfast was well done. Have an outdoor pool. Check out was smooth as well. Close to restaurants and shopping needs. At the turn around exit 7-8 juncture off route 84.
Highly recommend this property for an affordable convenient stay!
