Inconsistent service and outdated facilities.
Pros:

the furniture is outdated. Items are cracking and need some type of maintenance

Cons:

I guess the hotel does not want my money I needed to stay extra days and was told to go to a website ,. then because the room I had was "booked" I was not offered any alternative accommodation. thats fine I went to another hotel .

Clean good value
Pros:

Very convenient right off the highway. In a really great location, even though it was busy street it wasn’t noisy at all. lots of places to eat in the surrounding area and shop. The room was big. The staff was really nice no issues whatsoever.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. Very hard.

Pros:

Needs a complete overhaul. Should not have patrons staying there during construction. Life is too short to stay in this type of hotel.

Cons:

Old, 1980’s vibe in the room although they’re going to remodel soon, can’t be soon enough, cracks in the shower/bath, 30” inch TV in a “Suite”. Half the staff was excellent the other was underwhelming.

Very disappointed with this hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was just okay. Very basic as motel breakfasts go. The coffee was lukewarm and no real cream only coffee creamer. The location was very convenient for the family party we were attending.

Cons:

The facility seems very run down. The elevator seems so old, and very worn out. Not sure it would make it up two floors so we decided to use the stairs instead. The room was basic. The bare necessities were in the bathroom. The hot water was very hard to get. Had to run the faucet for about two minutes just to get it. Same problem with getting warm water in the shower.
