Great location, very clean, extraordinary high level of hospitality throughout. Would recommend.
Pros:

The location and the service staff were excellent. One of the most accommodating gyms I’ve seen in a hotel. Very clean.

Cons:

No pool, restaurant staff seemed a bit pressed at the rooftop restaurant. Showing some signs of wear and tear in various places, carpet in rooms a bit worn. Outdated decor.

Leuke locatie, prima hotel voor een dagje, maar zorg voor gratis wifi anno 2026.
Pros:

Mooie locatie, vlakbij Yale, 5 minuten lopen. In de avond wel veel daklozen rondom de pleinen bij het hotel. Maar daar is weinig aan te doen. Service en schoonmaak prima.

Cons:

Betaalde Wifi is echt niet meer van deze tijd.

Pros:

就在绿地旁边，周边都是餐厅和小店，非常热闹，离耶鲁也近，步行5分钟就能到。酒店是老酒店，设施有些陈旧，但房间宽敞明亮，非常干净，床特别舒服。但也因为在热闹的街区，对街的房间隔音不是很好，周末晚上轰趴比较吵。

Loved it! Clean and great location!
Pros:

Very clean room! Staff was kind and very helpful and accommodating!! Location was perfect in downtown New Haven, with lots of activities and eateries within walking distance.
