Pros:

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, modern bathroom, very friendly staff, great view from the bar on the 19th floor

Cons:

Free WiFi only for select guests who join the select guests group. Very surprising. Nowadays even in much smaller and less expensive places Wi-Fi is unconditionally free

Staycation at its best for CT residents
Pros:

Fantastic experience, wonderful room upgrade and right in downtown new haven. We are from 15 minutes away and it felt like a real vacation. Bar 19 has some fantastic cocktails. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and ready and willing to please.
