piss poor at best. a total waste of a lot of money. i will not be staying with an omni hotel again

having to pay for basic amenities like onsite parking and wifi usage. for $500+ for a 2-3 day stay i would not expect any additional chargers for things like taking my car from the parking garage to go to an event or wifi. additionally, our lamps were broken and i needed to unscrew the bulb to turn the lamp off. this was 1 of 2 different lamps in our room that were like this. our ironing board was also broken. we had called before arriving to request suit pressing and dry cleaning services which were coordinated the day before via phone however when we arrived, the front teak claimed this did not know what service we were even talking about. as a consolation they offered to send a steamer to our room which never arrived. we were in time for a friends’ wedding (which we were in the wedding party for) so this was important. we made due for the night but inquired again in the evening. the front desk person had said that we should have inquired sooner for dry cleaning and pressing services and that she would try to make a note to have a steamer sent to us which never came, of course, again. the NEXT morning at ~8:30am we again approached and asked for a steamer. we were told that it would be sent to our room and that it couldn’t be given to us now. i explained that we were on our way to a wedding and so, if the steamer would not be able to get to us before 9:30am not to send it because we needed to leave. i was assured that it would be there in the next 10 minutes. we crossed paths with the employee who was bringing the steamer to our room at a very “prompt” 9:50am and i explained that we were leaving and no longer needed the steamer. they were apologetic and explained that they had just started their shift after changing over with the evening team.

糟糕透顶！
Pros:

非常糟糕的体验。我们到店后一个年长的前台女性说没有收到预定信息，让我们离开，因为酒店满房了。我们提供了在booking预定的订单号，她依旧说没有信息。那时候已经快凌晨十二点了，好在另外一个工作员工发现她的错误找到了我们的预定信息。这种傲慢的员工真是让人讨厌！房间设施陈旧，床很大，睡起来比较舒服。

Cons:

我们入住了两天，第二天居然没有人来打扫卫生。我们晚上八点回房间，跟前台说没人打扫房间，请过来帮忙收拾下垃圾，他们居然说已经下班了！真是很滑稽！
楼下就是酒吧，会吵到凌晨，让人休息不好。
酒店太旧了！

Breakfast was fabulous .. lots of choice . Food was hot .

Cons:

The furniture in the room was dreadful (1517)
Chipped and seen better days , the cabinet needs replacing . It lets the whole room down .
