Cons:

Everything, our bathroom was dirty, the dresser was broken, there was cigarette burns in the blankets, blood spots on the sheets, it smelled like weed, there was Pubic hair on the toilet, it was way too far in the hotel to take my dogs outside, Druggies everywhere in there and outside the hotel. I checked out early and lost out on money cause me and my child didn't feel safe there.I will never stay there again. Only nice thing was the pool. The hotel was very hot and miserable.

The Cadillac on 4 cinderblocks says it all.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and I did actually sleep ok.

Cons:

Where do I start. Well there was a Cadillac in the parking lot on 4 cinder blocks and no wheels, pretty sure there were prostitues living next door like long term living there. It was like a sauna in the atrium, the pool was closed. Only 1 ice machine works in the whole building, the air conditioning kept going on and off, luckily it stayed on all night so the room was cool at night but 84 during the day, everyone that worked there spoke broken English. There was no soap in the bathroom, no coffee for the coffee maker in the room, no real amenities at all,

It needs up grading expeditiously and elevator.
Open the fitness room. Need microwave in the rooms. Door locks need up grade.
