Hotel Caribe Youth Hotel

The worst Hotel I’ve have been too.
We arrived at 11:30pm we arrived at Apartment to find out we had to walk for another 15 mins .
To be told there was no reception desk
Luckily 3 Young Italian guys explained how hey arrived yesterday and had to sleep outside.
We walked over to Apartments called Ar Melrose place where the reception was to be greeted by the worst Human being I have ever met.
We explained who we was and he explained that we owed €554 as well as €200 deposit for apartment .
Bearing in mind we have paid for our trip already we explained to this the night reception .
The mistake was not ours but a mix between the Apartments and Expedia .
Expedia were not at fault at any time .
That we found out later next day Things got heated as the guy didn’t care that it was now 12am in the morning and kids needed to sleep .
Back and forth with this guy for ages then he calls police to move us .
When the police arrived it didn’t go to plan for him as he thought.
The police did understand but explained nothing could be sorted until the morning.
They left soon after and the man at desk told us to leave .
I begged the man to let me buy a drink for my kids he flatly refused and told me to leave.
I was too tired to argu any more we sat outside until 4am and book a night at EVA APATHOTEL who were Amazing to us .
Thank you to Reda as of his staff didn’t help us god knows what would have happened they help us .

Es un hotel destinado a albergar a jovenws borrachos y hay conflictps y ruidos todas las noches. Està lleno de basura por las mañanas y no pudimos dormir tranquilos ningún día. No repetiremos.

Très bien pour les jeunes qui veulent bcp sortir en boîte tout est à 10 min à pied

Das kann man nicht Hotel bezeichnen, eher eine Jugendherberge…
Waren 1 Woche da und konnten nicht mal eine Nacht ausschlafen. Es wurde im Gang herumgeschrien, laut Musik gehört und keine Rücksicht auf andere genommen. Essen ist auch nicht besonders, jeden tag das gleiche

This was the worst hotel ever!! Located near many nightclubs, the hotel has mostly young guests behaving badly (drunk, fighting in the hallways) and the hotel doesn't have any control over the situation. Our kids were so scared and no one slept, especially after the bars closed. We were supposed to stay for three days, but left after the first night. Avoid staying here!

No se podia descansar, a partir de la tarde era un todo vale, musica a tope, portazos, gritos y por las mañanas cuando la gente venia de fiesta peor.

It was the most terrible experience of my life. So dirty everywhere: hairs in the bed, in the shower, vomit on the stairs and spit in the elevators. You could find smoken cigarettes left on the floor on the way to your room. Please don’t go there. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!
