Pros:

It was comfortable. I love that they had enough pillows and towels.

Cons:

The shower was kind of thin. I'm not a small person, but I'm not really big either and my elbows kept hitting the wall.

You can get a heart attack when at night a fire alarm starts piercingly screaming. What a stupid concept to wake up the whole hotel when some moron smokes in his room.

The manager was rude. Wouldn't let me pay cash for my deposit and pretty much said take or leave it. Didn't offer any kind of solution! Don't stay here!!!

Unsafe, unsanitary stay with poor management response.
Cons:

Our stay at the Quality Inn on Tunnel Rd in Asheville was unsafe and unsanitary, with a false fire alarm waking our baby, marijuana smoke entering our room late at night, and a second room that was clearly not cleaned (urine stains, hair, and stained bedding) and no warm water. Despite paying around $250 for two rooms and the hotel acknowledging these issues, they offered only $50 in compensation, which felt dismissive given the severity of the experience.
