Very Comfortable and Great Location

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was just a few minutes drive from downtown and blueridge. The room was quite spacious. We had parking next to our room which was convenient. Overall had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for budget travelers
The bathroom door was difficult to close but the manager said he was going to fix it. It didn't bother us. The room was clean but did have a strange odor. I had perfume to spray it with so it was OK. Overall the issues were minor
The location of coming home to Asheville and prices that don't break my wallet.
Checking out early but that's part of rules so I can't say what really don't like.
It was cleaned and staff was extremely helpful! We actually arrived earlier than we could check in! I was not feeling well and the staff went out of their way to find a room I could check in. That was greatly appreciated! They even called after we got to the room to see I needed anything!
Was listed as 4 star.... Definitely not 😞
Breakfast was gone by 8:30.Bed was hard and lumpy. Not clean by my standards. Bathroom tub was plugged.
Not good . My
It was a good stay. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.
The bed was like sleeping on a rock.
Newly remodeled & fresh
Location, was close to town and hiking
Cleaness, dog poop on the outside of the walkways all through. Seems that customers can let gods poop outside and maybe even in the rooms. Room carpets are shitty. bugs in room, missing hair dryer. Calls to front desk went unheeded. Sheets was dirty.
Very clean, very comfortable. Reception staff exceptionally helpful, especially since I was a solo hiker with some more unusual requests.
First off, every member of the staff that we interacted with was friendly, polite, and professional. Every single one from housekeeping we passed outside of our room, to the front desk staff. No complaints there. But the room itself wasn’t great, it smelled musky and had visible stains in the carpet. The shower/tub had mold starting to grow in the caulking. The bathroom door was beat up pretty bad and patched up poorly. The keys deactivated every SINGLE day of our stay, and we had to go all the way around the building to get them rekeyed. The location did allow dogs, but the very limited grounds available weren’t well maintained so it was hard to take them to go to the bathroom. There was breakfast every day, but it was sort of misleading because the main thing available was various breads (bagels, waffles, muffins, etc) and boiled eggs that were partially frozen. I understand that you get what your pay for, and we did choose this hotel because it was one of the more inexpensive options, but I do feel like the photos online were disingenuous to the actual experience. The best part of our stay were the friendly staff and convenient location.
