Veldig hyggelig hotell med god frokost. Anbefales!
Pros:

Var ikke noe problem å få byttet til et stillere rom, god service i resepsjonen. De var hyggelige og imøtekommende da jeg skjekket inn og ut.
Veldig god frokost og hyggelig frokostsal. Veldig praktisk med restauranter i samme bygg som hotellet og alt i sentrum rett utenfor døren.

Cons:

På det første rommet jeg bodde på var det ikke noen dusjvegg i badekaret og det kom vann utover hele toalettet og gulvet. Det var et stygt hull i badekaret hvor dusjslangen var festet nedi. Veldig dårlig luft på rommet, ingen aircondition og vanskelig å lufte pga støy og støv fra Prinsenkrysset.
Anbefaler rommene i den nybygde delen av hotellet med utsikt mot bakgården, det er nyere rom og har finere bad og mye bedre luft med mulighet for å stille inn temperaturen på rommet.
Men nå som jeg har erfart dette vet jeg hva slags rom jeg skal be om ved neste opphold. For alt i alt er hotellet veldig bra.

Flott hotell
Pros:

Rommet var romslig, gode senger, stort bad, god oppbevaringsplass. Godt utvalg av frokost. Flott beliggenhet. Overnattet i ens ærend for konsert på Byscenen, som bare var et steinkast unna, så det kunne ikke passet bedre.

Cons:

Selv om det ikke spilte noe rolle denne gangen, så var utsikten fra rommet noe av det mest begredelige jeg har opplevd. Hele det ytre luftanlegget kunne beskues, hundre metersvis med store rør så langt øyet kunne se.
