Kommer inte tillbaka!
Pros:

Stort rum med minibar och värme.
Stort badrum.
Kaffe, te och frukter vid receptionen.
Personalgruppen på frukosten var snälla. Mycket trevlig och snäll var Dar Zi, som ansvarade för rummet samt Markus, den biträdande chefen.

Cons:

-Mycket komplicerat för att komma till hotellet pga omfattande ombyggnationer vid ingången till Trondheim samt i centrum.
-Ingen plats i hotellets garage. De skickade oss till någon parkeringshus, ej möjligt att komma fram pga gatuarbeten. Vi åkte tillbaka till hotellet och då var vi redan ganska arga och trötta. Plötsligt som ett mirakel hittade personalen en plats i garaget. Vi fick ingen information om att registrera bilen och nästa dag upptäckte vi om att vi skulle ha gjort det. Således mycket dåligt bemötande vid incheckningen och dåligt med informationer.
- Tv:n var krångligt att hantera, med kontakt tre gånger för att åtgärdas. Tv-lådan skulle startas varje gång man ville titta på Tv:n.
- Ingen bodylotion i rummet.
- Sängar och kuddar kunde vara bättre.

Behagelig, stort rom og nydelig frokost.
Pros:

Helt supert at det var 2 dobbeltsenger på rommet slik at hele familien fikk god og behagelig plass. Utrolig koselig hotellrom.

Cons:

Langt til parkeringsplass, ikke noen plass vi kunne droppe av personer og bagasje rett utenfor hotellet. Måtte gå et stykke.
Litt mye støy av trafikk og fest utenfor.
