The price, location and personnel were on point. I will be using this hotel again when I’m in the area.
Pros:

The staff was phenomenal!!! The front desk staff was so helpful. The shuttle to and from the mall was wonderful after a long day, I didn’t have to worry about traffic for dinner, just amazing!!! The staff was very knowledgeable about events and attractions in the area which helped a lot since we had a whole day to ourselves.

Cons:

One night we heard sirens and maybe the need for a few more luggage carts. Absolutely nothing that the staff had control over though.

Pros:

I truly enjoyed spending time with my Heavenly Father in His hotel. The craftsmanship He put into the details of the room were AMAZING!!!

The hotel was very clean! Parking lot was well lighted!

Cons:

The lady that was working when I checked out was very rude. Very different experience from anyone I encountered during my stay. She was telling a co-worker about someone accusing her of being rude and when I asked about a printed receipt she grunted and said she would have to put paper in the printer. She continued talking with the co-worker never acknowledging me again until she handed me my receipt and we left. Her name may have been Coyia (not sure on spelling).

Overall a good stay.
Pros:

The room was very clean. Nice new shower. Check in was easy and the employees were very nice.

Cons:

The curtains wouldn’t close, so we had a lot of light coming in the room at night.

Pros:

My names is Aroa, i stayed with my parents on vacation from February 9th to 20th. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Sylvana and James, in particular, were very helpful.
If you have trouble with English, don't worry, as most of the staff speak Spanish, which was appreciated by people like my parents who don't speak English.
All the bar staff were also very friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were good.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Raleigh

James made our travel and stay a wonderful experience.
Pros:

James at the front desk area is very friendly and professional and he made our stay a wonderful experience. Our stay required the coordination of check in by different family members and James made this a very seamless process. During our stay he checked with us daily to see if all was good. This level of customer service is hard to find these days. James is an example of why I select Hilton properties. Thank you James.
