James made our travel and stay a wonderful experience.
Pros:

James at the front desk area is very friendly and professional and he made our stay a wonderful experience. Our stay required the coordination of check in by different family members and James made this a very seamless process. During our stay he checked with us daily to see if all was good. This level of customer service is hard to find these days. James is an example of why I select Hilton properties. Thank you James.

Sufficient facility with good parking but I would give the breakfast a “C”

A/C worked well. Nice towels.

Cons:

No Decaf coffee in the breakfast area! So I decided to make a cup of decaf in the room. Changed my mind when I opened the coffee maker to find it full of water AND a spider web inside it above the water. Nasty
