Cons:

The reception was not positive. I'm in my early 80-s and when I entered the hotel and asked for some assistance with the luggage,, I was not pleasantly informed that this wasn't the hotel's policy! I asked for a cart and was told where they were. It just didn't feel nice. (my husband is disabled).
The bathroom was supposed to be handicapped accesible and had a walk in shower - but NOT a roll-in shower. It worked out for us, but if someone was wheelcahir bound, it wouldn't have worked.
Also, 1 lamp didn't work.
