Terrible, rude staff and uncomfortable beds, do not waste your hard earned money!!

Bed was uncomfortable and staff was extremely rude at check in and wouldn't help me out with splitting payments for incidentals and the room fee. He was very rude about it and made me feel absolutely awful.

Pros:

Room and bed was comfortable and climate controls worked well. Free parking is something I always look for and it was conveniently set up despite being in a very busy area. Front desk staff was friendly.

Great hotel in Clifton, New Jersey
Pros:

This hotel had all the needs that we needed. The breakfast was great. The rooms were perfection. The parking lot, though with lots of snow, was very organized without issue. The staff were all super helpful. It was an all-around perfect stay.

Clean and cheap but also looks cheap
Pros:

It was very clean and perfect for the price. The things to be aware of though is that it is right next to the highway, the pool was closed, and the rooms are small.
