They were 100% accommodating. Allowed me an early check in. Very clean room. Cozy. Great space.
There isn’t anything to complain about.
The room was filthy with stains on the floor and dust accumulated behind the bed.
The hotel is noise, staff are friendly and the breakfast was good.
I will not recommend for families with small children.
The room was comfortable and good for longer stay as it had a couch in room.
We had issues with hot water and toilet issues but staff were very accommodating by changing our room.
Convenient location, very clean room and breakfast included.
The building set up was a little confusing and there were lots of unsupervised children running around as well as occupying the fitness center

The staff were very nice and friendly
I had a booking for a king bed with handicap ♿️ bathroom when I arrived at this location I was told that they a booking for the next day in my name but there was a booking for that day and that confirmation # under a name that was very similar to mine same last name but it was for two queen beds with a handicap ♿️ bathroom so I was given this room instead and told they couldn't promise the price I was given on line I was charged an extra $50 for deposit the beds were so uncomfortable I literally couldn't sleep in them I slept in the desk chair for about a half hour I was going down to Westchester medical center for pre surgery testing so no sleep wasn't good my wife slept in one of the beds for about 2 hours woke up in so much pain I don't recommend this hotel at all save your money

The beds were comfy and the rooms had a decent size
I stayed for 4 days 3 nights and my room wasn't clean when I got there and it was never cleaned during my stay. Once a very nice cleaning girl came to my door her supervisor yelled at her in French that she shouldn't have done it, making the girl, my kid and me feel all awkward.
