Pros:

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
The front desk staff helped us solve an issue with our room and the lady in charge of breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

We booked a King Suite which was advertised for 4 people, but the sofa bed was a single one. The first two nights we had to sleep 3 in a double bed, but after that we were given a room with 2 queen beds.
Wasn't sure how the cleaning worked, as the room wasn't cleaned every day.
I think more seats are needed for breakfast, it was very crowded at the weekends.

Pros:

The room was clean. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The pool was a little cloudy but was clean. My kids liked it. The room floors were a little confusing to navigate with the elevated as the floor named ground was actually the second floor. It would have made since to call the lobby the ground floor and so on.
