nice but unprofessional unuseful staff on ground
Cons:

The staff was so confusing with my booking. They thought I have 3 different bookings! And was going to charge me for it while it is their fault. They need to trust their customer and recheck things before saying anyting back.

Great spot
Pros:

The desk staff were kind and courteous.

Cons:

Not so much "didn't like" but the restaurant was confusing they have times posted in the north lobby that don't match those directly outside the restaurant area. When we came to check it out we weren't even acknowledged by the staff so we figured it was closed though people were being served.

Pros:

The pool and fitness facility or excellent we took FLIX Bus, and the facility within walking distance restaurant was excellent staff very friendly. Looking forward to coming back in August in our next trip.

Wonderful gem in Ithaca
Pros:

Excellent location. Bargain for what was delivered. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond.

Cons:

Couple maintenance issues, but no big deal. Restaurant a little rough.
