Very friendly staff, good location, room was clean. Bathroom was nice. Quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

Needed to park in parking garage. While hotel said they validate parking, the validation QR code wasn't working in the garage. This was reimbursed by the staff, but it was an extra headache. No light next to bed, only an extremely dim light near doorway and the corner of the room. TV only had a couple channels, no option for streaming, remote barely worked. Not enough outlets. Conditioner was mostly empty in the shower. Breakfast not included. Pool was closed for maintenance

Nice location with everything you need.
Pros:

we came in town for a swim meet. This is our third year staying there it’s conveniently located.

Cons:

I find that a lot of the places in town are closed when we get all the swim meet at 9:30. We have had food in the bar restaurant in the menu is very small. We wish you stayed open later and had more variety in the menu. The bar staff is always very friendly though.

Pros:

The location was phenomenal for us because we went to the State theater for a concert. The lobby the restaurant the people that work there they were all friendly phenomenal.

Cons:

I have stayed there before it was a few years ago but some of the window treatments were falling off the windows the room was really not cleaned all that well there was blood on some of the curtain sheer.

Pleasant surroundings, overall comfortable, good value, and was logistically easy & effortless.
Pros:

Excellent location - easy walking access to The Commons, fast elevators, friendly staff, nice restaurant & bar, very convenient for everything we needed to do. Nice look to the hotel, nice layout to the room, beautiful spacious balcony - suitable for entertaining in warmer weather. Plenty of electrical outlets for electronics & chargers. Good aesthetic appearance - fridge & microwave inside a cabinet. Comfortable couch and chair.

Cons:

The bathroom fan is perpetually on - and the bathroom has no heat. It was freezing, and that discouraged me from showering more. The heat in the room was good but very dry. There was dust under the bed, and the bed itself was not seated properly on the metal frame, which stuck out dangerously at the end. We repositioned the bed properly, but I still managed to bang my leg into it. We were surprised to see that there were no "dust-mite/bedbug covers" on the mattress & boxspring. We would have slept more comfortably, if they had been. But otherwise, it was a nice room, and we would stay there again.

Pros:

Very nice room for a great price.

Cons:

The thermostat was programmed to 73’ so it was a bit hot. I turned it down to 68 but kept defaulting to 73, so I was having to figure it out at 3am when I woke up sweating to death.

I couldn’t have been happier to stay here and will do so for the next four years that my kid is at school here.
Pros:

It was the best price and it was just perfect!! Everyone was very nice.

Cons:

My room was ready early and no one called me to let me know after I asked them to - 2x. My one complaint.
