Pros:

The Staff and location were GREAT

Cons:

The rooms and bathroom need a GOOD cleaning the shower had hair in it the caulk was falling off the mildew had not been removed from tiles. The room needed to be vacuumed under the bed behind the bed the headboard was dusty your housekeeping staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Pros:

L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione per girare la cittadina e visitare alcune cascate a piedi, offre il parcheggio gratuito non custodito.
Ristorante (pub) interno carino, buono, leggermente più caro della media dei ristoranti fuori.

Cons:

La camera era stata pulita male, abbiamo trovato tanta polvere e chiesto di pulirla meglio, per due volte hanno fatto finta di pulirla, ma non è cambiato assolutamente nulla. Hanno semplicemente svuotato il cestino.
Un ospite fumava erba in camera e appestava il corridoio, è stato segnalato alla reception, che non ha provveduto a riguardo.

Wax disappointing.
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The room we were assigned had hair in both the sink and tub as well as garbage strewn about. We were assigned a different room but this room had a disgusting bathroom floor that needed a good washing. Housekeeping needs serious improvement. The pool was only 67 degrees. Way too cold to enjoy.

We came to Ithaca for a show, and the Hotel was close, clean and friendly.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, restaurant on site, and caramel corn and apples. Liked it was not a carpeted floor as it feels more hygienic than walking wear thousands of other people walked with their bare feet.

Cons:

Nothing stuck out.

The floors were filthy,the windows were filthy and the noise from the traffic kept us up thru the night.

Cons:

The room smelled very bad
The fridge in the room was really noisy at night we couldn't sleep well.
The AC was old and noisy as well.
One lift out of service.
The staff didn’t care at all about it

The noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in!
Pros:

Good central location for touring the Finger Lakes area.

Cons:

It sounded like the Ithaca Grand Prix was taking place nightly right outside our hotel room. By some distance the noisiest hotel room we have ever stayed in. Dreadful.
Also, really annoying that the connection to the WiFi drops off and you have to re-login after a day out or the next morning. Pretty hopeless in this day and age.

Great location right downtown a block away from the state theater, which was where we were going.

Cons:

Very clean very lovely hotel. Staff was wonderful!

The mattresses and pillows were excellent and so was the concierge/ everything guy.

Cons:

Only one Elevator was in use so they were long waits for one.
The entry cards to the room did not work and there was a bug on the shower floor.

The location,close to bus stop to ithaca college, to visit grandson. Very comfortable room, clean with amenities including keurig. Quiet. Room temp good.

Cons:

Discovering later on return to brooklyn that I got charged for items I didnt receive at Burger 'n' bar: fresh fruit $5,99,orange juice $3.00. Breakfast friday a.m. Sept 4th. Sorry I didnt check my receipt earlier. I have been there twice before without issue,past visits. Not happy about this at all
