My husband and I stayed two nights at the hotel Ithaca. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and loved our balcon

Not worth the price at all

Location is central to downtown. Off season it’s not busy.

Cons:

Off season it’s not busy so less fun for us. Homelessness made it a bit distracting from going to the commons and feeling totally comfortable. Restaurants weren’t very good and the hotel restaurant was the worse which is sad cause that’s about what you have this time of year.

nice but unprofessional unuseful staff on ground
Cons:

The staff was so confusing with my booking. They thought I have 3 different bookings! And was going to charge me for it while it is their fault. They need to trust their customer and recheck things before saying anyting back.
