The mattresses and pillows were excellent and so was the concierge/ everything guy.
Only one Elevator was in use so they were long waits for one.
The entry cards to the room did not work and there was a bug on the shower floor.
The location,close to bus stop to ithaca college, to visit grandson. Very comfortable room, clean with amenities including keurig. Quiet. Room temp good.
Discovering later on return to brooklyn that I got charged for items I didnt receive at Burger 'n' bar: fresh fruit $5,99,orange juice $3.00. Breakfast friday a.m. Sept 4th. Sorry I didnt check my receipt earlier. I have been there twice before without issue,past visits. Not happy about this at all
I liked it wasnt crowded
The indoor heated pool was dirty had bugs and a gross bandaid floating in the water. Bathroom and main room was dirty looked like no one had cleaned it in weeks to the point there were cobwebs all over the ceiling and smelled musty windows didnt open they were broke. Doors locked when you went outside which at first I thought was a great safety measure until the cards we were given wouldnt open the door we were locked out everytime we left at night and had to wait anywhere 2 to 20 minutes for the night worker to wake up and press the door button paid close to 200 room was dirty floor hadn't been swept or vacuum shared the room with 3 spiders plus one had babies no clue how many. Was no microwave the fridge wasnt even cold had to go to a different floor for ice and room keys had to scan dozen or more times to get to work and finally they stopped working completely and had to get new ones which still barley worked wouldnt recommend this place to anyone even blankets were dirty and they ask you to reuse your towels multiple days

Extremely disappointing experience
The room we initially received had a visibly dirty shower and had clearly not been cleaned properly. After we complained, we were moved to a second room, but the key did not work. Once the staff fixed the key, we entered and discovered that this room was also dirty.
Only after being moved for the third time did we finally receive a clean room. Having to change rooms twice and deal with repeated cleanliness and key issues after a long day of traveling was exhausting and wasted a significant amount of our time.
Basic cleanliness should be guaranteed from the first room, not after three attempts. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standard we expected, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
