The location was good for my needs. The parking lot seemed a bit small but I was able to find a spot each day so it wasn't an issue.
Everything was as expected. A microwave in the rooms or available in a public location would've been nice.
The staff was super friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and got piping hot!
The cleaning crew never cleaned my room.
It was very quiet and check-in was easy. The shower pressure was amazing. I liked the toiletries offered, especially the soaps.
I wish they were queen size beds. They were more like full-size beds.
The location was convenient, the staff were friendly, the room was clean for the most part.
They brought sheets and a blanket for the couch bed and left them on the floor in front of the room door, there was a decorative pillow on the bed with food stains/soil and white stains/soil, the couch bed was so uncomfortable we the kids didn't even sleep on it, my biggest issue is I rented the $341 dollar room for the pool and the pool was unavailable due to "maintenance" however there website and booking.com's website clearly states there is an indoor pool. Then I was gonna just let my daughter and her friend use the bathtub/jacuzzi and the jetts didn't even work. I attempted to order room service this morning and the phone didn't even work. I am very disappointed and I feel like I wasted almost $400.

Very friendly staff, good location, room was clean. Bathroom was nice. Quiet and relaxing.
Needed to park in parking garage. While hotel said they validate parking, the validation QR code wasn't working in the garage. This was reimbursed by the staff, but it was an extra headache. No light next to bed, only an extremely dim light near doorway and the corner of the room. TV only had a couple channels, no option for streaming, remote barely worked. Not enough outlets. Conditioner was mostly empty in the shower. Breakfast not included. Pool was closed for maintenance
