Great location, nice restaurant, free parking. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Conveint and clean. Not super fancy but just what we needed while in town for a college visit. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the dinner in the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic. Great burgers and super friendly manager! The kids didn't feel like venturing out so we stayed in, and glad we did.

Cons:

Phone in our room was obviously broken and not working. Need to pave the dirt walkway between the parking lot and driveway.

Nice hotel in a good location for what Ithaca has to offer.
Pros:

The location was good for my needs. The parking lot seemed a bit small but I was able to find a spot each day so it wasn't an issue.

Cons:

Everything was as expected. A microwave in the rooms or available in a public location would've been nice.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and got piping hot!

Cons:

The cleaning crew never cleaned my room.

Pros:

It was very quiet and check-in was easy. The shower pressure was amazing. I liked the toiletries offered, especially the soaps.

Cons:

I wish they were queen size beds. They were more like full-size beds.

The location was convenient, the staff were friendly, the room was clean for the most part.

Cons:

They brought sheets and a blanket for the couch bed and left them on the floor in front of the room door, there was a decorative pillow on the bed with food stains/soil and white stains/soil, the couch bed was so uncomfortable we the kids didn't even sleep on it, my biggest issue is I rented the $341 dollar room for the pool and the pool was unavailable due to "maintenance" however there website and booking.com's website clearly states there is an indoor pool. Then I was gonna just let my daughter and her friend use the bathtub/jacuzzi and the jetts didn't even work. I attempted to order room service this morning and the phone didn't even work. I am very disappointed and I feel like I wasted almost $400.

Ottoman in front of recliner in room never moved and cleaned under
No tissues only toilet paper
No ice water in lobby let staff know went back down a few hours later still empty

I walked into my room to find people having sex on the bed.
Pros:

Hostess gave me a room that had people already in it. I walked in on some poor woman having sex. When I went back to get a new room they put me in an absolutely horrible room. Oh and by the way the 2nd door was open when I got to the room. The manager said "that's because we do a quality check before each person visits the room". maybe they should have done that to the 1st room and my son and I wouldn't have walked in on a couple.
