The staff was very pleasant
The remote control malfunctioned, necessitating my continuous viewing of the weather forecast during my stay.
The attached restaurant was great..
The hotel was undergoing restoration.. So the pool was closed .

Under remodel construction, which is obviously necessary; however, the room furniture was pretty beat up for a $250+ a night stay

The front desk was generous with free cookies and bottled water.
The air conditioner DID get the room cool enough fairly quickly, and kept it cool through my stay.
The tub I stood in to shower was a bit slippery (add non-slip treads or a shower mat?); the air conditioner was somewhat difficult to adjust (and the thermostat on the wall didn't seem to do anything).
It was a family event and they accomodated everyone.
Elevators, elevators and elevators. They also advertise a pool but the thing must have been closed for ages!

The employee's were very nice and kind.
We did not get the room we booked. They gave us a totally different room. Our refrigerator did not work and the cable was out. Half the time.
