Room and location was great; no cookies on arrival & no breakfast or pool. We were there for family party.

Location & beds were comfortable

Cons:

Construction on lobby area. Front desk staff was ok, not friendly (on phone).

The front desk was generous with free cookies and bottled water.

The air conditioner DID get the room cool enough fairly quickly, and kept it cool through my stay.

Cons:

The tub I stood in to shower was a bit slippery (add non-slip treads or a shower mat?); the air conditioner was somewhat difficult to adjust (and the thermostat on the wall didn't seem to do anything).

It was OK for the short stay but not something I would recomend to anyone.
Pros:

It was a family event and they accomodated everyone.

Cons:

Elevators, elevators and elevators. They also advertise a pool but the thing must have been closed for ages!

The employee's were very nice and kind.

Cons:

We did not get the room we booked. They gave us a totally different room. Our refrigerator did not work and the cable was out. Half the time.

Pros:

Room was adequate

Cons:

Major construction in the lobby with jackhammers, loud noises, quarantined off with plastic, unusable. Dust everywhere. Hard to breathe.

Satisfactory stay but will be better once construction has finished
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dining option was ok, breakfast was lovely

Cons:

Major Construction work being carried out in lobby area, was noisy and dusty.
Room was noisy too during the day but quiet at night.

Pros:

My room looked outdated the air conditioner didn't work and the refrigerator also did work the bathroom door would not close it was a terrible experience and for the money I spent i would never go there again and I would like a refund
