A great night near Times Square!
Pros:

We had a great night here and really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and we felt Davon (checked us in) and Xiomara (housekeeping on 10th floor) were both EXCEPTIONAL.

Caro para o que oferece
Pros:

A localização é o ponto alto do hotel. Fácil acesso ao metrô e próximo de muitos pontos turísticos.

Cons:

Café da manhã ruim, com poucas opções. Se vc gosta de ovo com bacon é o que tem. Para uma pessoa com intolerância a Glúten é impossível tomar café aqui. Não tive dificuldade em nenhum outro hotel em que já me hospedei em NY.

Chuveiro do quarto com pressão muito desregulada. O banho se torna uma ciência de como não alagar o quarto dado que não tem box e sim cortinas.

Every thing!
The reception people are super nice unlike what I read in the comments before coming.

The signing in staff was welcoming.

Cons:

After paying via booking.com, my card was charged at the venue for the full amount of my stay. I had an issue with the food in the restaurant and was told the manager would call. He has not called.
