Great location and easy to navigate around the city from the hotel. Right in the heart of everything and everyone was very nice to work with.

Cons:

I had requested to have my room close to my sister-in-law and nieces rooms, but that couldn't be arranged. Made it a little challenging to have my daughter a floor apart from her cousins, but it worked with it.

Localização ideal para turistas e quem quer ficar perto da times e com acesso a praticamente todas as linhas de metrô.
O hotel tem aspecto de novo e aparentou ser muito bem mantido (maintenance) !
O café da manhã vale muito a pena. Li comentários que era pouco ou tinha opções restritas, absolutamente não concordo ! Vale sim pegar !
Ainda, ouvi muito sobre o hotel não ter boa acústica. Discordo. Praticamente não ouvimos nada de nossos vizinhos. Ouvi sim, e estava no 3º andar, a trepidação e barulho do metrô. Welcome to NYC.
Tivemos um ou dois dias de ausência da 4ª toalha no banheiro (estávamos em 4), mas nada que desabone.
Adoramos o hotel, voltaríamos com certeza !
Continuando, estávamos em 4 pessoas, achamos o quarto para o nível de NYC de muito bom espaço. Li também reclamações sobre isso. Discordo !
Por fim, o rapaz da entrada, possível bellman, de baixa estatura é uma simpatia única !

Li muito nos reports sobre a desatenção ou mesmo falta de educação dos funcionários. Isso não aconteceu conosco. Ficamos 10 dias ! Ainda, todos, da limpeza, ao restaurante no 16º andar, os bellman foram atenciosos e muito simpáticos. Contudo, tem um indivíduo da recepção, período noturno, de óculos e dreads no cabelo que tem um constante mau humor ! Ele é realmente consistente nesse seu mau humor e cara fechada de poucos amigos. É o único que destoa de todo resto do time.

Overall a great experience, nearly a perfect stay in the heart of Midtown!
Pros:

Hotel facilities and location are unmatched, beautifully renovated and the rooms are spacious. The distance to Times Square was very convenient as well as access to all touristic activities. The coffee shop staff and the roof terrace restaurant staff are awesome, the vibe in the restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious!

Cons:

Some front desk staff members are a bit stand-off-ish, not very hospitable and on a few occasions we felt like we're bothering them with our questions (I'd even say they're condescending in a way).

Spędziliśmy 8 dni w hotelu Kimpton Theta New York – Times Square by IHG razem z żoną i synem i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Hotel był czysty i dobrze utrzymany, a pokoje komfortowe i przytulne. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa – zawsze pomocna, uprzejma i uśmiechnięta, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani.

Śniadania były smaczne, serwowane w przyjemnej atmosferze – idealne, by spokojnie rozpocząć dzień przed zwiedzaniem miasta.

Lokalizacja hotelu to ogromny atut – blisko Times Square, ale jednocześnie w spokojniejszej okolicy, co zapewniało dobry balans między dostępem do atrakcji a możliwością odpoczynku.

Zdecydowanie polecamy ten hotel zarówno na rodzinny wypad, jak i pobyt we dwoje. Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie!

We spent 8 days at the Kimpton Theta New York – Times Square by IHG with my wife and son, and we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. The staff deserves special praise – always helpful, friendly, and smiling, which made us feel truly welcome.

Breakfasts were good, served in a pleasant atmosphere – a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city.

The location of the hotel is a big advantage – close to Times Square, yet in a quieter area, offering a perfect balance between being near the main attractions and having a peaceful place to relax.

We highly recommend this hotel for both a family trip and a couples’ getaway. We would gladly stay here again!

The same menu for breakfast every day, which became a bit repetitive after a few days. We also missed having fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, or lettuce. Some cold cuts for sandwiches would have been a nice addition as well.
