El personal es poco amable. Sobre todo la mujer que me hizo el check in, a penas si me miró a los ojos y nunca sonrió. No quiero que sea mi amiga, pero trabajas en servicios.

Mediocre and I wouldn’t stay at this Kimpton again

Cons:

The room walls are very thin therefore when the person in the next door room showers your room shakes. Also guests and the cleaning staff chat/speak very loudly in the corridor starting 7am so it’s very loud and you can’t sleep past this hour. Plus the staff at check in are the kindest !!!!

Cons:

The sink kept getting clogged, they said theyd have someone look but no one came to see it, and some staff weren’t friendly. Other than that it was a great place.

Nice simple hotel close to Times Square, but very limited facilities available.
Pros:

Clean rooms and a good location.

Cons:

Concierge team were really friendly upon arrival knowing they would be tipped, after that they hardly noticed us and made no comment at all when we left.

No hot drink facilities obviously available during certain times of the day. If you can’t buy one then there should be facilities in the rooms.
