A Mixed review
Pros:

The room had new fridge microwave which was nice. Location was quiet. Room was clean.

Cons:

There is a big gap under the ac/heat unit the allowed outdoor air to blow into the room 218 2nd floor. I had to stuff it with blanket and pillows to get any heat in the room. Heat could was very very difficult to regulate. This needs to be fixed. I already asked for a change to a brighter room so just dealt with it.

A very nice place to stay on our road trip
Pros:

The room had been recently renovated so the furnishings were very nice. A very comfortable room.

Cons:

The room had a very strong smell of perfume. Almost like a bathroom air freshener

Very clean hotel and well run.
Pros:

Very clean room and nice facilities.

Cons:

The room was cold and it was difficult for the heater to heat it up. It was on too long. Not the fault of the hotel, they would have to spend a lot to change the HVAC.

Cons:

My TV didn't work. Called the front desk and was asked to wait 25 mins until manager came in. After 30+ mins, I called front desk and told them I was going out for the evening and the front desk person asked if someone could look at the TV while I was out. I agreed. When I returned after 9 PM, no one had fixed the TV.

also, no in room coffee.

All in all, it was a pretty pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent, along with the convenience of the coffee shop. The coffee bar's staff was super courteous and professional. The food and coffee were amazing. Overall, the room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The fridge and microwave were super nice and clean too. In addition, the housekeeping staff was very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

Some sidewalks were dirty and the trash cans were not emptied out as frequently as they should have been, and therefore, some trash cans were overflowing. Also, it would have been nice to have at least two wastebins in the room instead of just one.

High expectations not entirely met.
Pros:

At first we noticed no hairdryer & no iron. Remedied later very quickly! Staff personable. Enjoyed the EB bar! Good attempt to upscale the whole motel!

Cons:

Not always had a person at the front & had to go to the EB bar to request someone to step up.
Not organized— forgot they turned down a request to clean my room and offered to do the next day—- they did not do it!!!!! No new towels or new sheets! Very bad way to run the place—- write it down! Then do it!!! Happened day before checked out— very bad ending to the stay.
