Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed in specified rooms. A onetime non-refundable fee plus tax will be charged. Dogs must be present at time of check-in to be registered, cannot to be left unattended in the guest room and are not allowed in Club Level rooms. Cats are not allowed. Service animals are exempt.
As a reminder if you are coming by car we offer complimentary parking and also have Electric car charging stations (fee) available for your use. Also if you purchased our room and breakfast package you will receive coupons on arrival for the hotel restaurant based on the number of guests on the reservation, children up to 12 years old will receive an option from the children’s menu, any additional guests will need to dine at own expense.

Remideling is underway so there was some nouse and publuc areas limited. I did not hear it in my 3rd floor roon

Handicapped room only has 1 bed. Since I have to take care of my handicapped family member I need 2 beds in the room. So staff suggested a rollaway bed

Not the best stay. When we got there the bathroom floor was wet from the toilet leaking. The trash cans had no bags and to top it off the water wasn’t running the next morning. When I talked to the front desk about the wet floor the next morning her response was “did you call the front desk about it?” I’m sorry we arrived at 12am on a 24 hr road trip my kids are tired and I wasn’t going to wait to get it fixed or get another room. She said they don’t put trash bags in trash cans so they can just dump them…. Sounds unsanitary to me. Oh and the no water yeah they didn’t have an estimated time for it to be back on…check out was at 11am and shut off around 10am so now only half of us were able to get a fresh shower and get back on the road. The tables were dirty and the rooms had an odd smell.
The room was large, and the bed very comfortable. It was very quiet at the property and it was close to shopping and restaurants. Also still convenient to my doctor appointment. I felt very safe there as a single female.

The hotel is kind of old, furniture that is broken, wallpaper that was ripped. doorknobs that wabble.

Our organization recently hosted a conference at this hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! Every member of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making our event a success.
The Sales, Banquets, and AV teams were exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service made planning and hosting our conference seamless. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location, making it convenient for all of our attendees.
We couldn't have asked for a better venue and truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality. We look forward to hosting another conference here in the future!

Room smelled like a smoking room not sure if it was
As always this was a good place to stay. I always enjoy staying here the staff is always extremely nice and they always keep up with house cleaning. The bed as always was comfortable and the room was kept clean. I also really enjoy that the showers are always clean. I've stayed at places where there was still hair, products in the bottom of the bathtub, drainage issues etc.
The particular floor I was on had quite a bit of noise from other guests. Which was a little hard to fall asleep. It wasn't just like people next to the room I was staying in but it seemed as if it was the entire floor. Almost all hours of the night. Not necessarily something that they can control but it was still hard to fall asleep. Something else that wasn't exactly is my favorite is the amount of limited parking. Also not something they can fix right away but still can be a bit irritating having to park further than the hotel especially with all of my things. Overall a pretty great experience. I always stay at this hotel when I am in town.
