The air conditioning was located oddly Not as comfortable.

Brenda at Front desk failed to give me a coupon and notify the hostess in the restaurant.

This is the second time I stayed here and over all its a good place to stay.
The pool is a little small we wanted to take our daughter swimming but it was to packed.

The staff is so courteous and prompt, we love the complimentary water by the elevators. So nice to be so close to restaurants .
Room cleanliness and size. Amenities and friendly, helpful staff. Starbucks on location, along with a good restaurant and accessible bar. Security and safety is evident. Ice stations within close proximity, and the ice bucket bags actually fit!
Pet policy check-in and required form is extensive. Be prepared to provide a lot of information about your pet and repeat the same information multiple times. Think medical intake form! This hotel definitely supports your pets, though, and demonstrates accommodations for them. The rooms need more technology support, i.e. USB connection points to recharge your devices.
Our room had a bad smell and overall, the hotel seemed run down

Requested a king and reserved a king but got two queens.

I love the Sheraton they just need new staff that are friendly we travel and need a place to feel comfortable but the people are mean
