Very nice stay
Pros:

Everything at this location was good. We did not pay for the breakfast and not there long enough to utilize the WiFi.

Cons:

Didn’t have any complaints at all.

Good quality for the price
Pros:

Clean spacious rooms with view to uptown Albuquerque. Bathrooms are clean and homely, beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Carpets are old and difficult to say if clean. Internet is free but weak at times.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, great food from the cafe both for Breakfast & dinner & nice to have sandwiches available during the day from the shop. Loved the indoor pool & outdoor sun loungers

Changing those two things would mean that we would love out stay at the Sheraton
Pros:

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Two things:
The air conditioning was way too cold and we could not turn the fan off, even though it was set to "auto" it never turned off and was blowing cold air on us all night.
The TV didn't allow for streaming unless we brought our own hdmi cable. Most hotels now have smart TVs which is better since most people stream now.

Extremely disappointing. When I reported all the issues ad problems to management, nothing was done
Pros:

Torn drape, stained carpet.
Brenda at Front desk failed to give me a coupon and notify the hostess in the restaurant.

Unqualified staff at the front desk.

This is the second time I stayed here and over all its a good place to stay.

The pool is a little small we wanted to take our daughter swimming but it was to packed.
