Staff and food were great!
The room was showing its age. They are upgrading the hotel this year. The toilet was very low and harder for a senior to use comfortably.
Staff was friendly and location was perfect
It was a great location. The room was decent. it was cool they had a starbucks brand coffee and free bottles of water. Staff was very cordial. it was a bustling hotel lots of people. the grounds were well maintained.
knowing its an older hotel, there was a lot of road noise we could hear from the outside. I thought the insulation could have been better. we stayed in 844 and the shower did not drain well. a question i have also is why were all the electrical plugs installed upside down? Isnt that a code violation? why do they not put trash bags in the trash cans? very limited amount of towels.

Property looked cleaned. Liked that the house keeping made sure we had clean towels and we had what we needed.
Once we arrived it was hard to find parking. We didn’t have a microwave in room 212. Also we had breakfast there wasn’t different flavor creamer for our coffee. The food handlers didn’t change his gloves when he sneezed. He was also using his phone with gloves on. Other then that it was good stay.
Everything was dirty! The sheets had multiple stains got new ones they had blood on them, baby crib was full of food.
