Excellent sleep stay and staff!!!
Pros:

Great location north of the I-40. No noise from freeway. Asked to move so we could see the Mountain View. Very accommodating. Staff is incredible and we are never worried about vehicle.
2nd time here. Will always come back in future.

Fine for a Night, But Showing Its Age
Pros:

Stayed one night with my dog and had a pretty middling experience overall. The good news: the hotel is pet-friendly, the front parking lot is well-lit and close to the entrance, and check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. For Albuquerque, it felt safe and secure, at least on the front side of the building.

The room is where things fell short of Sheraton standards. Nothing alarming, just tired. Stained carpet and walls, peeling wallpaper, and that general "worn in" feeling that makes you wonder when the last refresh was. The bed was comfortable, but the AC ran loud and didn't cool the room particularly well. A few other small annoyances stacked up: the curtains didn't close all the way (I had to clip them together to block the parking lot lights), hallway and neighboring room noise came through clearly, and the TV doesn't support streaming. You're limited to local channels or paying a steep fee for on-demand.

Would I stay again? We're going to be in Albuquerque a lot over the next six months and I already booked a different hotel for our next stay.

Great location and experience.
Pros:
