Clean and beautiful room
Pool was closed , room selected wasn’t available
Clean and simple
Everyone was so nice. The property was very clean. Cleaning everyday!
I just wish the restaurant in the hotel would have stayed open longer but that really had nothing to do with the hotel.
Great location, and amazing common areas in the property, large rooms, and empathetic service
The rooms are pretty dated
The property is well located, easy walking distance to everywhere I needed to get to. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The coffee shop within the hotel is a good touch and make a half decent coffee.
The water pressure in the showers is a little weak, but that is the only thing I can really highlight as something to improve.
Very clean, my room was nice. The hotel was very close to restaurant and attractions.
The dovetail restaurant, I went there with my wife and we were going to sit outside first, but we then decided to sit at the bar. As we were going to sit at the bar the bartender first was very rude, so we decided to sit outside. Upon sitting outside there was one other couple sitting across from us. We were seated by the entrance where every staff member could see us. The first waitress came out and asked us what would we like, but she took awhile to come back, so another Caucasian man came out went right by us and asked the couple over from us are you being help and how can I help you. We looked at each other like wow. As more people came in he did not once come over to ask us if we needed anything. By that time our waitress came back out and offered her assistance. I asked the waitress who was the Caucasian man and what was his title, she told me his name was John and he’s the manager. My point that I am making is that everyone who was seated outside that evening was Caucasian except for us and John never once came over to ask us if we needed anything, but he went to everyone else to make sure that they was ok. John needs to be fired or diversified training for all races of people.
Our room was quiet.
There was several extra charges at check out.
Well presented and staff very helpful. Location was good for visiting the sites of DC.
Woken up by the bin men at 7am, they were very loud, we were in a room at the back of the hotel. Not a lot they could do about it really but worth asking for a front room maybe ?
