Moisture problems in the room. After a night's sleep, the floor in half of the room is wet.
Der Service ist wirklich der Beste welchen ich jemals erlebt habe. Egal wann du das Hotel betrittst oder verlässt es ist immer jemand um dir die Tür zu öffnen. Der Parkservice ist auch genial. Es ist zwar relativ teuer mit 59$ pro Tag dafür kannst du 24/7 dein Auto holen und bringen wann du willst und wenn es fünf mal am Tag ist. Ich habe unten in der Bar Fritten bestellt für meine Tochter, welche in 10min direkt aufs Zimmer ans Bett geliefert wurden. Die Augen meiner Tochter vergesse ich nie. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst an der Rezeption, kostenlos.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Das Bad war schön groß und in der Dusche war Platz für zwei,hervorragend.
Im Bad könnten mehr Möglichkeiten sein um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Platz genug wäre vorhanden..

The surly reception desk person was perfunctory and cold. This is not how to welcome a guest.
Wir hatten ein wirklich schönes und komfortables Zimmer. Den Pool auf dem Dach haben wir gut genutzt bei den hohen Temperaturen.
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Lage ist super.
Wir fanden die Sache mit dem Parken etwas seltsam.
Vor dem Hotel auf dem Schild und im Internet stand: 59 Dollar.
Auf der Rechnung - habe ich nachher bemerkt - war dann für jede Nacht eine tax von 10,90. also mehr als 30 Dollar als angekündigt ist schon frech. Im Endeffekt hat das Parken für 3 Nächte über 200 Dollar gekostet. Woher diese tax kam ist uns ein Rätsel

La camera, pur costosa, era praticamente un piano rialzato piuttosto oscuro e con qualche difficoltà di condizionamento (apparecchio vecchio e rumorosissimo)

Valet was friendly and roof top seemed nice.
It is old, dark dingy property. I wasn’t expecting corridors to be this small, elevators small. Lobby had an odor to it. It would be ok for a 3star hotel but didn’t expect this from Viceroy.
