Estancia agradable en familia
Pros:

Solo el desayuno, esta rico pero muy básico, la salchichita estaba deliciosa pero solo alcance una.

Cons:

Que hicimos mucho tiempo en el check-in, solo tenían a una persona atendiendo y a pesar de eso siempre fue muy atenta, me gustaría felicitarlo.

Convenient modern hotel
Pros:

Great breakfast. Convenient location on Macroplaza, great for Santa Lucia, the museums and Fundidora. Modern and clean facilities. Nice staff

Cons:

My room had a beautiful view of the Macroplaza but it was very loud music non-stop for the whole weekend in front of hotel, from morning to night, not sure that a side street room would have been quieter.

Pictures were very deceitful on the booking website
Pros:

The location was great everything is close by. it was easy getting in an out of the hotel and garage parking for hotel guest with handicap accessible

Cons:

The AC system did not work and the sink and shower drains would not. After moving to another room it was the same issue the AC would not keep the room cool. I would never return to this hotel location was great they need a lot of maintenance.

El hotel más asqueroso que he rentado

Nada me gustó , horrible la estancia

El empleado que nos atendió súper grosero , prepotente y arrogante , no se como lo tienen aún trabajando ahí , si ya hay varios malos comentarios del trato que les da a los clientes , le expliqué que el bufete venía incluido y no nos dio solución , pedí hablar con el gerente y no nos dirigió con el , dijo que el era el subgerente, nos dieron otra recámara la cual no había yo reservado , nada que ver con las fotos que muestra booking , todo en el hotel mal , salieron cucarachas en el cuarto , malos olores en el cuarto olía a cigarro , no salía agua caliente , la alberca fuera de servicio , lo peor fueron las cucarachas en el hotel , nos quejamos para devolución de dinero y no les importó , solo querían cambiarnos de cuarto … un asco de hotel , no hacen bien el aseo , todo viejo

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Vale la pena quedarse frente a la macroplaza y disfrutar a pie de la catedral, la plaza Hidalgo y los museos. La vista desde los pisos superiores es muy bonita en un día despejado. Incluye estacionamiento gratis. En el lobby hay una reproducción del cuadro "Fundación de Monterrey".

Cons:

Aunque el desayuno era muy completo, me habría gustado que hubiera fajitas o algún guiso con carne.
