Tiene excelente ubicacion , pero huele mal la entrada
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente para conocer la historia de Monterrey, del Barrio Antigua y hay varios Museos, el Paseo Santa Lucia, La catedral y muy buenos restaurantes

Cons:

La cama, ya tenia una parte muy hundida y deforme,
El contacto de la entrada dejo de funciona y lo reporte a la recepcion e hicieron una reparacion inprovisada.

La persiana, estaba sucia
Las almohadas estaban muy deformes.

Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo

Práctico por la ubicación pero deja mucho que ofrecer en relación con calidad y precio

La ubicación y que el desayuno viene incluido y es buffet. El cuarto si tiene aire condicionado.

Cons:

El cuarto era muy diferente al de la foto, mala conexión de internet. El cuarto se ve bastante viejo y que le falta mucha reparación. El baño pequeño, tenía goteras y la regadera se tapaba con facilidad asi que se inundaba y realmente no la limpiaban bien porque salia suciedad del desagüe.

No cuentan con secadora de pelo ni plancha para ropa. Los teléfonos les faltan botones, no hay indicador para comunicarse a recepción.?internet de mala calidad.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, buenas habitaciones, el a/c funciona a la perfección, los elevadores no tardan, todo me parece bien!

Cons:

La vez anterior, pedí toalla y no me la llevaron, me la dieron hasta media noche (la habitación era para 3 y solo dejaron 2), esta vez pasada, igual, habitación para 3, solo dejan 2, mejor coordinación en eso
