Mejorar Limpieza y supervisión de mantenimiento de las habitaciones.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente para moverse caminando a diferentes lugares de interes del centro . Restaurantes ,museos y paseos .

Cons:

La habitación , especialmente el baño no se encontraba limpio las paredes tenían hongos y el área de regadera demasiada chica , toallas muy desgastadas viejas y rotas,

La ubicación nos pareció excelente!!
La atención muy buena de parte del personal.

Cons:

Solamente arreglos pendientes de mantenimiento, por ejemplo el sanitario tenía la tapa safada, y como recomendación que pongamos servicio de café en las habitaciones

Excelente opcion para tu viaje.
Pros:

La ubicación es genial, muy cerca de la macroplaza y el paseo santa Lucia, cerca de lugares de comida. La habitación cómoda y de buen tamaño. El desayuno esta genial. Cerca también del metro y de la parada del camión (gratuito)

La proximidad a Macroplaza y estación de metro. Buen desayuno, habitación amplia, cercano a zonas comerciales. Oferta de agua y café gratuito. Limpieza diaria de la habitación. Proximidad al casco viejo y su zona gastro/bar

Cons:

No se cumplió la expectativa de vistas que hacía parte de la reserva quedando con vista interior a una pared, cama con colchón inestable; en baños se identificaron algunas cucarachas pequeñas

El desayuno, aunque está incluido... lo proporciona el Restaurante Sierra Madre, muy lleno y no había mesas, ya no había fruta y los chilaquiles se veían muy aguados. Nos fuimos a otro lado a desayunar
