Todo esta muy cerca, y me sentí muy segura, regresaría sin dudarlo, yo había ido por un curso hace años y me encantó el hotel , de hecho cuando estuve no recuerdo que tuvieran refrigerador eso esta bien genial

Solo el bufete, que no era bufete por que todos los dias fue lo mismo, y te atienden de malos modos uno entiende que es mucha gente pero asi es un bufete, no había, le he, no había café, no había huevo, no había pan todo lo ponían de mala gana y no se dan abasto , al hotel no le encontré nada malo , pero a la comida oor parte del sierra madre yo la verdad esperaba mucho mas por el renombre del lugar que se esmeren ellos también como lo hace el hotel , no le resten presencia , súmele elegancia y será mas que perfecto

Cons:

Esta algo deteriorado falta una buena remodelacion a las habitaciones renovación, la alberca no funciona y no pienso que vuelva estar en uso así que no cuentan con ese servicio debería bajar su costo

La atención del personal, la comodidad de las habitaciones, ubicación el desayuno que me dieron la habitación que quería con vista increíble, todo muy bien seguiré quedándome en ese hotel cada que vaya a Monterrey el estacionamiento muy seguro. También eso me gustó del hotel, que se siente muy seguro al estar dentro de sus instalaciones

Cons:

Instalaciones en malas condiciones y tuve que reservar una noche mas, el costo por esa noche adicional fue altísimo y por el precio seguro habia opciones mucho mejores en la ciudad.
