I've been eyeing Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage for a while because I heard the vibe is super homey with a great nature feel. The rate for this long weekend was surprisingly reasonable, so we booked it right away!
First impression upon arriving: it's incredibly cool and breezy (maybe even a bit chilly for us Jakartans!). It turns out the hotel itself is actually quite small, though. The public areas are pretty much just the pool and a kids' club (which is more suited for babies and toddlers).
The golf course here is a serious, full-sized course for pro golfers. It would be awesome if they could add a mini-golf facility in the future to make the hotel feel even more homey.
The absolute highlight of this hotel has to be the heated pool! Size-wise it's actually small, but the warm water just makes you want to hang out there for ages.
Breakfast was also satisfying with tons of variety. There was a minor incident on the morning of our stay, though: one of the dishes, a Thai steamed fish, tasted really earthy/muddy. But huge props to the kitchen team—the moment I let them know, they immediately pulled the dish and gave us complimentary coffee-to-go from their bar as an apology. Great job on the complaint handling!
Overall, it was a pretty satisfying stay, but hopefully, they'll add more facilities in the future.

Sangat kagum dgn pemandangan, beautiful view, good ambience, delicious breakfast, comfy room, especially beautiful view feom the room. And friendly staff, especially Mba Rosanti
I dont feel appreciated, especially the staff during breakfast, they ignored me and serve others like a boss, racist ? Or they only respect people who look rich ? I really hate that kind of people who look down on usual fashion customer like they are better, this is very disappointing. The time i arrived, the staff also dont ask to bring my luggage so i bring my own to the desk and even until my room. The hospitality is very bad, i really hate it, i wish i can give them a penalty or serious punishment who ignored me and serve others who looks rich. Is staff even better than the customer i wonder ?

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately our room at that day the air conditioner is not working properly (rather a bit hot), but it's okay because we are not very well also so it help a bit. But it we are in a normal state it rather hot
I like the area is on the hill, I can see a lot of green views. I really want to comeback again next time.
This resort is nice place to staycation with or without family.... nice view and breakfast. If you want to staycation in a quite place with fresh air, come to swiss bell dago resort
The room is comfortable and breakfast is also good and has lots of variety but for concierge needs to be improved. I know it is a long weekend and high-season but i had to wait for an hour until my luggage is delivered to our room (we also called once for confirmation), and because the parking lot is full we had to use the valet and it takes a long time for the valet to come when we're about to go (we timed it and it took about 26 minutes). So the concierge needs to be improved and the wifi also needs to be improved, when we came it was good but on the next day there was an error, we couldn't connect to the wifi, but overall it is good.

De geluidsoverlast en dat we geen 1 keer gebruik hebben kunnen maken om te zwemmen of te trainen was steeds dramatisch overvol en de mensen zwommen al om 6 uur in de ochtend dit vind ik niet echt netjes want de kinderen gilde de gehele dag en nacht en ochtend dus slaap hebben we daar niet gehad
