If you just need a place to rest for night then will do. Definitely not a long stay. I definitely would not have a conference here.
Location good, weird automated piano playing in lobby, bfast literally wrapped muffins and nutra grain bar. Coffee not terrible.
The property was easy to locate, it was close to a lot of places and my destination.
The bathroom vent didn’t work, breakfast was only muffins, granola bars, yogurt and oranges.
Worst property ever I told them they had roaches they didn’t move my room I stayed in 304 they called the police on me after asking for refund they don’t like black people I asked can I talk to manager they said there is no manager it’s just me but when the police got there , there was a manager I payed for room before they kicked me out I did nun wrong but told them about the roaches if you black don’t stay at this property

O café da manhã oferecido é ridículo, nem poderia chamar de café da manhã, é uma mesa onde colocam água, iogurte, um tipo de fruta, e um pedaço de bolo empacotado, o café não existe... O local tem tem 6 mesas disponíveis para uso do "café da manhã"
The property was conveniently located in an area where we didn’t have to travel far to the event we were in town for. A lot of food places nearby
The staff were not very friendly. The line to check in was extremely long. Only one manger present. Myself and other guest key cards were deactivated in the middle of the stay. My room door had a huge gap underneath. Literally could see the outside of the hallway floor from inside of the room which was a safety concern. The bathroom tub had a few pieces of hair in it, which was unsanitary. The guest were super loud in the hallways all night, I even had to go next door to knock on their door. Breakfast options were slim to none.
Location & price
Free Breakfast was basically non existent. Almost all the food trays were empty, no fruit left, no hot tea — and only a few breakfast bars & yogurts left. And this was 2 hours before breakfast hours were over
The lobby is the only pleasant part. Once you enter, you face a reality that is completely different from what their photos show.
In a single night, I was assigned four different rooms. The first one had no electricity and dirty sheets; in the second one, the bathroom was out of order; the third one had not been cleaned after the previous guest's check-out and was given to me used. The last one was comfortable until the next day, when I had to use the ice bucket as a container to bathe because the shower didn't work.
