Pros:

Staff was great and accommodating. The inside of the hotel, the booking area, the piano, was very clean and nice. The outside of the property was not bad. It's fairly clean. However, the inside linings need.

Cons:

Bed linens were old. The smell in the room was stifling. The toilet was clogged up for several hours. After reporting it overnight, maintenance did not reach it until midday the next day.

Pros:

The property was decent
I only stayed one night instead of two but I couldn’t get my money back for the day I didn’t stay.

If you bought through Booking.com you pay for old rooms and dirty sheets, say the front people.
Pros:

The ubication is good for my family and to continuo the travel.

Cons:

The assigned building was old, and the room smelled terrible; when we were moved to another room, we found dirty, worn-out sheets, so we ultimately decided to ask for fresh ones and change them ourselves. When we inquired about the new building, we were told that because we had booked through Booking.com, we were only entitled to the older rooms; a change would have cost 125% more.

Front desk service was terrible
Pros:

The location was close to the FSU campus, which is why we came.

Cons:

The people at the front desk were bickering with each other right in front of us and kept walking away without communicating with us, it took 35min to check in and there was a line of guests behind us. Neither looked us in the eye or apologized for the poor experience. If check in is at 3pm, you should be ready to handle guests at 3pm and not be in the middle of shift change.

For the price I’d stay again
Pros:

Location was good right off highway resurabts close by not far from campus price was good for hotel

Cons:

No ac in lobby so it was warm . Rooms were cold . It’s just a descent hotel for the area where you don’t have to pay a lot to stay.

I had higher expectations!
Pros:

The musical piano.

Cons:

Walking into to the room finding a huge palmetto (roach) on the floor. Dirty bed linen on the bed, the handicap ramp blocked by hotel golf cart, two double beds advertised as queen size beds. See pictures below!

I will never stay here again.
Pros:

Its location and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately so many things. First of all the lobby was uncomfortably warm; it felt like 78 degrees. The hotel room we stayed at was outdated and not in the best condition. Rugs were stained, countertops were cracked, a German roach crawled out of the sink, the Tv remote didn’t have batteries. When we returned from the front desk with batteries, the TV didn’t work. Worst hotel experience I have had in over 20 years. We requested more towels for the second day of our stay and they said they ran out. They gave us 2 hand towels instead.

It was unwelcoming
Pros:

I like the setup in the lobby!

Cons:

The employees are very rude and the building needs to be updated, it has rain stains on the ceiling they just painted over, old light fixtures and trim on floor boards need to be replaced! Experience could have been better if staff where more polite I will never stay there again!
