The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The toilet seat (both lids) had to be left open for us to be able to open and close the bathroom door, the room was incredibly dirty, and the rollaway didn't fit into the room without moving around the furniture. The breakfast was also very limited. The staff, however, was very nice.

Cons:

This was the most we paid for an overnight during this trip. It was in ill repair. I went to the front desk to get a hair dryer. The one I received was filthy. I had to hold it with a towel. When I touched it my hands were sticky and oily. This is very typical of the whole place.

Probably the worse hotel I’ve been in since being in Tallahassee on this work assignment.
Pros:

Location was pretty good.

Cons:

I didn’t like the room overall. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. It was hitting the toilet and wasn’t able to be closed so whether we were using the toilet or the shower , we couldn’t close the door. The towels had holes in them. Even when we got more , there were still holes and rips in the towels . It gave old rag vibes. The breakfast is mediocre. Only serve waters , coffee , and muffins with nutri grain bars. Ron was refurbished but had old or dated furniture. The water sometimes took forever to get hot. Had to let it run for so long. They give the good rooms to only the “uppty” folks. If you don’t have a suit and tie on , your room will be disappointing. I was in room 521 from 2/8/25 until 2/13/25 .

It was an ok stay, for one night, going through town.
Pros:

It was clean, smelled nice, good parking

Cons:

Plumbing in room was broken, AC filter was dirty making AC not work well. Few minor cosmetic/fixture issues (outlets loose, adjoining room doors didn’t lock well)

OVER-CHARGED, and Management failed to correct their billing problem.
Pros:

The location of the property was good for this visit to Tallahassee, Florida.

Cons:

The hotel charged us for 3 days when we verifiably only stayed 2 days. When I called to speak with management, they said they showed we stayed 3 days, even when our checkout invoice confirmed only 2 days. The hotel staff and management are incompetent and have a zero interest to investigate their failures, always trying to find a way to do as little as possible to correct a problem THEY created. A horrible experience with the billing AFTER we checked out and departed the property and city. Very disappointed with the disregard for customer service.
