Everything was great
I get so tired of booking on Priceline and being charged by hotels. It's like they can't read the list of charges already made. I called and asked for assistance. I was told someone would call me back. Never happened. Will dispute with Amex. Okay hotel. Not worth the price.

The tub in the suite is not a jetted tub
Exceptional staff! Anything we needed was dealt with promptly. They also gave us locations to bring the kids for activities in Baltimore. The room was amazing as well. The concierge also called us before we got there to say there was an issue with our suite and gave us a discount for the inconvenience.
I would suggest there be a microwave in the larger suites or even in the ice machine area. However, when we asked about a microwave, staff immediately brought one up.
It was my first time in the hotel it was super nice.
Specially all personnel
Excellent staff all around. Kevin in the bar is a treasure. All staff, in reality, were pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect. Close to Harbor, close to Federal Hill. Short walk to stadium.
Bathrooms are a bit outdated. Would have enjoyed better bed linens. Otherwise the property was comfortable and well maintained.

This hotel is located in downtown Baltimore, central, giving a very safe feel. Loved the space in the room, the view of the Habour from the room was breathtaking! The size of the room is generous and very clean.
Because it is an older hotel, the free Wifi is not high speed - you have to pay for high speed WIFI. The shower pressure could have been stronger and the water warmer.
