Overall, I’ve had a good stay at the hotel. The location is superb and the staff were phenomenal, particularly Abdul and Mr Sani, the concierges, who went above and beyond to make my stay very pleasant!
The room is a bit dated; you could sense the remnants of a previous hotel that hasn’t had any revamping over the past years. The internet was down for the whole day so I couldn’t do any work while I was facing a deadline. The hotel apologized but if I were them, I would have offered some free drinks or breakfast to make up for it, given that I stayed for multiple days. Something to think about for next time so that customers will stay at the hotel again.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bandung was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I experienced the warm hospitality and exceptional service that Marriott is known for.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I truly appreciated the recognition and thoughtful room upgrade. A special thank you to Dava and Anastasia at the Front Office for their genuine warmth, professionalism, and kindness. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued, creating a wonderful first impression and making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great hotel and personnel

Had an excellent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality in one of Bandung’s best locations.

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed and everything needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you for give me upgrade to suite as respective Marriott Bonvoy member. Despite being in the city center, Dago area and near to Gedung Sate, the atmosphere was peaceful, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Bandung.

The staff truly made the experience memorable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. Their genuine hospitality stood out from check-in to check-out.

The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights, featuring an excellent variety of Indonesian and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness center although I think it needs refurbishment.

Overall, Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, great facilities, and excellent location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bandung.

A big thank-you to Ms. Febrina from the reception team for her kindness and excellent service. She helped me to adjust my room according to my need. Her thoughtful care and proactive assistance significantly improved my stay. I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.

I just want to say all the staff here are excellent. Starting from the lobby, Pak Adika was really helpful and warm. His service made check-in feel so welcoming.

There was a small issue with the AC in the room, but all the staff were very fast to respond and solved the problem quickly. That kind of response really shows how much they care.

Besides that, the breakfast was very variatif and the taste was really enak. Lots of options and everything tasted fresh.
