Really good breakfast spread, wide array of choices and well cooked. Everything tasted fresh. The room was also super clean, no complaints. Comfortable stay. The location was also quite good. The main malls are quite nearby

Staff were very friendly , cordial and ready to help with special mention of REGGY , ABDUL , DAVA , AFIFAH , SRI DWI, ANASTASIA. They deserve to be complimented

Rooms very clean. Staff very friendly & fast action upon any request. Breakfast spread of food was excellent and they serve different spread of food daily. Near local brand items shops.

Overall, I’ve had a good stay at the hotel. The location is superb and the staff were phenomenal, particularly Abdul and Mr Sani, the concierges, who went above and beyond to make my stay very pleasant!
The room is a bit dated; you could sense the remnants of a previous hotel that hasn’t had any revamping over the past years. The internet was down for the whole day so I couldn’t do any work while I was facing a deadline. The hotel apologized but if I were them, I would have offered some free drinks or breakfast to make up for it, given that I stayed for multiple days. Something to think about for next time so that customers will stay at the hotel again.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bandung was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I experienced the warm hospitality and exceptional service that Marriott is known for.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I truly appreciated the recognition and thoughtful room upgrade. A special thank you to Dava and Anastasia at the Front Office for their genuine warmth, professionalism, and kindness. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued, creating a wonderful first impression and making my stay even more enjoyable.
