Good experience and comfortable stay
Pros:

Good location, facilities and friendly staffs. breakfast was amazing, a lot of selections with delicious taste with daily changes on menu. We got 150k rupiahs voucher daily that we used for in room dining service. Gym is very good and well maintained. Wish for the warm pool considering the colder weather in dago. Reception staff Agustina was very kind by granting us late check out on our last day in Bandung. Hope to visit again next time.

Cons:

There was a misinformation regarding number of guests staying upon check in, I booked for 3 adults but their system stated for 2 instead. It was sorted out but i think between booking.com and respective accommodations should fix this as it wasn’t my first time having this issue.

Courtyard Marriott Dago is the perfect place to stay while visiting Bandung.
Pros:

Great location, great facilities. We stayed for 4 days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good gym and pool. We were very happy there.

A good stay
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights. We were surprised to find no concierge or bell boy when we arrived.

The receptionist, Andika, who checked us in made all the difference. A cheerful greeting and a smiling face greeted us at the desk.

Checked in went very smoothly and he explained where everything is and apologise for one of the lifts is under maintenance.

The lift is slow, sometimes we waited up to 5 minutes or so.

The room is pretty spacious with big beds, a table and sofa.

The bathroom is on a small size. Put the bath mat quickly by the shower door after showering or water will run all over the bathroom floor. Nice water pressure and temperature though.

We have the room on the north wing and at the back facing the pool. It's a nice quiet room.

The breakfast buffet is impressive- so many choices even for me with dietary requirements! The hot food remains hot and I've seen the staff constantly cleaning around the food area and replacing food.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The front office and hoisekeeping are prompt in their action with any request.

We definitely will stay here again when we visit Bandung again. Thank you for your hospitality.

A Wonderful Stay with Incredible Support
Pros:

I stayed here for 4 nights in room 1210. From the moment we checked in, all the lobby and reception staff were very friendly and informative. My husband even received a complimentary room upgrade from the one booked by his office.

The breakfast was quite good, and all the restaurant staff were also very friendly and attentive.

On our last night, I suddenly experienced severe abdominal pain, and my husband planned to take me to the nearest hospital. The duty manager on duty at that time (Mr. Yusuf) responded very quickly and kindly assisted us. He immediately sent staff and a wheelchair to our room to help me downstairs. When we arrived at the lobby, Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Ayi had already prepared a car to take us to the hospital.

Thank you so much for your kindness and for helping me and my husband 🙏
