As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I truly appreciated the excellent recognition extended during my stay, including a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite on the top floor, as well as a very generous late check-out until 4:00 pm. These thoughtful gestures greatly enhanced the overall comfort and flexibility of my stay and are a testament to the hotel’s genuine appreciation of loyal guests.

I would like to extend special recognition to Nessa, the Duty Manager, whose leadership and attention to detail were clearly evident throughout my stay. Her proactive coordination and calm, thoughtful assistance — particularly in arranging a doctor consultation — provided great reassurance and exemplified personalized hospitality that goes well beyond expectations.

A warm thank-you also goes to Anastasia, who assisted me during check-out. She was efficient, polished, and courteous, ensuring a smooth and pleasant departure and leaving an excellent final impression.

My appreciation also extends to the Housekeeping and Concierge teams. Housekeeping maintained the suite impeccably throughout my stay, while the Concierge team was knowledgeable, attentive, and always ready to assist, making everything effortless and stress-free.

Equally commendable is the entire team of staff on duty during my stay. Every interaction was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, reflecting strong leadership and a well-embedded service culture across all departments.

We spent the end of 2025 and celebrated the new year at the Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago. We had an excellent stay. The staff was amazing, Akbar,Maria,Satria,Anastasia, Afifah, Andika and all the staff were so great, friendly, polite and so accommodating. a sudden birthday surprise arranged beautifully by Nessa and Aurel. such a warm celebration with a delicious pandan cake.

indeed, the room is clean - nice and all staff always extended their home welcome. starting from Luthfi - Anastasia - I forgot another male staff who advised one of famous street food at the Taman Radio.
