Lovely stay experience
Pros:

Best hotel in Bandung with spacious room and complete facilities. Breakfast choices is second to none, very recommended. Special thanks to reception Adika, the one who very talkative yet warm and helpful during my stay since this is the first time I come to this city. Can't wait to go back Bandung 😁

Had a great stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

A special thank you to the team for helping return my baby’s bottle warmer that was accidentally left in the room. I truly appreciate their kindness, prompt assistance, and willingness to go the extra mile.

Such a great experience overall—will def go back to courtyard for my next stay in bdg!

Exceptional Staff Service, But Property Maintenance Needs Marriott-Standard Attention

As loyal, long-time Marriott members, my family and I always look forward to the high standards associated with the brand.

Our recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Dago Bandung highlighted some incredible staff strengths, though the property itself has room for improvement.

Contrary to what one might expect during busy periods, the response time here was outstanding.

Whether communicating via phone call or chat, requests were handled incredibly fast.

The engineering and housekeeping teams deserve a special mention for being remarkably polite, professional, and genuinely warm.

A huge shoutout to Mr. Pandu, the Front Desk Supervisor.

He was exceptionally quick-witted, responsive, and handled a few hotel shortcomings/mistakes with absolute grace and efficiency.

His proactive attitude truly saved our experience.

This is where the hotel falls short of the top-notch Marriott standard we are accustomed to.

The outdoor parking area feels neglected and poorly maintained.

The back area of the hotel is quite messy, with items and trash scattered around.

It looks like old event materials and equipment have just been left lying there instead of being properly cleared out.

The indoor parking structure is quite cramped and narrow, which can be challenging to navigate.

The human element at this hotel is fantastic: the team is fast, attentive, and hospitable.

However, the physical upkeep, especially in the parking and back-of-house areas, needs urgent attention to match the premium Marriott standard.

We hope to see these improvements on our next family visit!
