Comfort of the beds was good. Heat of the shower was good.
A little worn and dated.
We paid for 4 breakfasts per day and only received for 2 plus they were not good. Room facility was not acceptable and the tv bearly worked so we stayed away all day until time for bed.

Staff not helpful, gloomy
The property is dated and need renovation and updating. The bathroom is the most need of updating. It is dangerous and old. The tub is very slick. The handlebar was loose. The faucets were leaking. The bathroom was an accident waiting to happen and you will be sued.
location
the hotel was old fashioned and tired - for the money paid they should spend some of it to improve the roms and te facilities.
I wont be using it again!
it is all said above
The location was great for my purposes.
Seemed a bit rundown in yet they changed a premium price.
Too expensive should be free.
Breakfast bar
My family and I stayed at this hotel over the Thanksgiving holiday. Together we occupied 5 rooms: 3 regular rooms and 2 suites. This hotel is quite worn out but almost all of the important things were first rate: comfort, quiet, beds, bathrooms, food, service. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. When I say worn out I mean the furniture and carpets etc. were old and frayed. But they were clean. The one bad thing was the coffee which was terrible but there is a Starbucks very near by.
Shower didn’t work, mice in rooms, bathroom tub looked dirty and thermostat missing buttons?!?
This place is in need of some maintenance.
Badly.
It was nearly impossible to get the room the right temperature as my thermostat was missing buttons.
Then my shower didn’t have any pressure and ran out the bottom faucet as much as it did the top shower head. (I ended up washing my long hair kneeling down to get the soap out).
Also the water never really got warm which is truly disappointing when it’s freezing outside and you just want to warm up and relax at the end of the day.
Another work colleague reported a mouse in her room and the solution from the front desk was to give her a bag of chips to make up for it.
Finally breakfast is made to order which sounds nice but they don’t start serving until 7 am which was too late for our workday starting at 8 as we had to leave early to combat traffic.
I will never come back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I travel a lot for work and I’m truly disappointed in Holiday Inn for this particular location.
