A comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in the heart of downtown Sacramento.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown-Arena by IHG. The hotel is exceptionally well located, especially if you are visiting downtown Sacramento or attending events at the Golden 1 Center—it is within easy walking distance, which made getting around very convenient.

The room was clean, comfortable, and larger than expected compared to many downtown hotels. Everything was well maintained, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to rest after long days out. Room service was prompt and well handled, adding to the overall positive experience.

The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the stay, from check-in to check-out. Overall, this hotel offered a great combination of comfort, service, and location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sacramento for business or leisure.
