Pricey and not worth it.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, and the bed was soft. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was well overpriced for what you got. No free parking for the hotel guests. The TV was small and didn't work well. There were no bathroom amenities beyond the soap and lotion on the walls. The walls are thin, and the noise from the elevators and ice room were hard to ignore. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Perfect location
Pros:

Absolutely a perfect location with so much to see and do right out the front door. Staff especially friendly and helpful. I enjoyed it so much, I am already trying to figure out when I can return and stay longer.

Great location
Pros:

One night stay
Pros:

Location was great right downtown old Sac. easiest walk. The atmosphere of the lobby was great, clean and welcoming. I didn't care too much for the gentleman working the front desk as he was a bit rude and snappy. Unfortunately somehow the reservation was under my husband name even thought I booked it, used my app, and my credit card but somehow under his name, my husband could barely walk at the moment (we learned later it was a kidney infection) and they made him come in and check in. Rooms were clean and a good size, although the mattresses were not very comfortable, the pillows are just air. It was the perfect price for the one night we needed. The outside noise was definitely presence but not so much that you can't fall asleep with the TV turned on just loud enough to block it out. If you are someone who need complete silence I would ask for a room not facing old Sac.

It's the people
Pros:

It's a great hotel at a fantastic location, but the thing that makes this hotel such a pleasant experience is the staff. They are friendly and professional, even when things don't go the way they're supposed to. Shout out to Johnathon (the maintenance manager), and his excellent staff of Robert and Avron (technicians). to absolutely get the experience back on track.

Perfect Location and great hotel!
Pros:

Fabulous hotel that is close to EVERYTHING you might want to do near the arena and Old Sacrament (all along a safe walkway). The hotel was very quiet inside (some street noise) with many elevators to provided very short waits. Breakfast buffet was delicious and all the front desk staff, wait staff in the dining room and bar area, and housekeeping were very kind and helpful! We would DEFINITELY stay here again when returning to Sacramento!
