Got PCN ticket for going through the bus lane, the sign post was not good going into the hotel carpark.

Beds were old and uncomfortable
Bathroom had no hot water the times I went to shower paid for an early check in to use the shower - no hot water, went to the funeral that I was in Wales for which was over an hours drive away, returned 5 hours later, went for dinner in the hotel, went to shower before bed and the water was still not hot.
Was hot the next morning.
Room was super noisy, was with my mum and we were placed on the noisy side of the building. Considering I paid around €330 for the night with the early check in and late check out and a room upgrade - would have thought we have been given the option to a quite room.
The Location was perfect! The Staff (in particular 'Zsafia') was so helpful and happy to go the extra mile in making our stay so pleasurable. Exceptional service! It was my Birthday treat to go to Cardiff and we will definitely be back to stay at the Marriott Hotel.
We couldn't fault the hotel at all. We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that, but if it was anything as good as the rest of the service we received then full marks! The Staff really made it for us! We felt that we really 'mattered'. A very big THANK YOU

Both toilets in reception closed at same time for cleaning !
Man came into room at 8.55 to complete room service on Saturday morning, said he knocked but we did not hear him and I was sat up in bed reading !
Location was good and was nice to have a bar in the hotel
Not impressed with the additional payments they tack on like wifi. If I am paying for a room I think asking for payment for wifi is not acceptable. The payment for parking was also very high.

Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, very lumpy. The shower was very small and had a curtain that stuck to you whilst you shower. Not very hygienic.
