Excellent experience on every returning occasion. Marvellous staff, helpful, pleasant and overall I would highly recommend this establishment for both leisure or business purposes. Thanks once again for a delightful stay. I look forward to returning again very soon.

No walk in shower. Difficulty getting in bath to use shower.

Lack of service to room,breakfast was cooked in bamberians but cold and no options for fresh cooked eggs
This was not what we expected,we were in stony room, to many people in there, a toaster that took ages to make toast,no fried eggs only scrambled,no beans black pudding and when we sat down to eat it was cold,not impressed.

We arrived very early 09.20 as we wanted to make the most of the first day, we were very happy that our room was available, so we unpacked parked up and went out for the day not having to come back to check in later.
There was nothing that we didn't like
The location
Air conditioning unit was broken and the room was really hot and for a king size executive room I would expect 2 x robes and slippers and only 1 was provided. There was also quite a bit of dust in the room.
The position is fantastic. Staff excellent and bar has a great vibe.

Air con didn't work first night so made it very uncomfortable.
The breakfast in the lounge part of the marriott was really poor. Lack of choice and cold food we paid to eat in browns breakfast for the secound morning which was excellent. We are supposed to be getting a 35% refund for the first night through yourselves via the marriott which hasn't happened yet
