The breakfast we requested vegetarian, but did not get that. No other choices given.
The room we requested for to be close together was not given as the disabled person we were travelling with needed the rooms close to support him. This was discrimination and previously we were told that this request can be granted.
Staff was hostile and not friendly or supportive.
Lack of choice.
Customer service was extremely POOR.
Internet was disgusting, unable to watch television.
Room was clean
- Rude staff - defensive when questioned on issues. Did not explain any features, times or facilities
- Located on a restricted road despite offering parking.
- Incorrect postcode for parking garage which leads to using a restricted council road and leads to fines (which the receptionist stated many people complain about and told me to take it up with the council)
- Room AC did not suffice to cool room down, room temperature at 27 degrees degrees despite the thermostat set to cool and restricted at 19 degrees (and did not cool)
Lovely facilities. Will defo stay again
Nothing it was amazing
Air con on a very hot night and large TV. Water.
No biscuits with coffee and waste bin had no plastic bag in it.
Location and parking facilities
Very slow service at reception
Location
Beds so uncomfortable
Central location. Staff nice
Price was extortionate for one night stay. £377. Room was clean but dated. Needed redecirating
Breakfast great. Location perfect. staff nice.
Room was good
Stayed during the intense summer heat. The aircon wasn't working properly, room was sweltering and we had to ask for a fan. So not a great nights sleep. We saw the engineer on our way out the following morning, he said that something had been switched off which had effected the aircons effectiveness.
The location to the city centre
Would have liked to have the ac abit cooler
Very clean. More than pleased with this one.
Nothing.
Restaurant staff were very helpful
Check in staff were not helpful. AC did not work in room and they said they could NOT switch rooms as 'fully booked'. When we then pointed out that we were in fact assigned the wrong room, not what was booked, all of a sudden he COULD change rooms without an issue. Bed quality was pretty poor also
The air conditioning was useless. The room was too hot
