Air conditioning not working, free breakfast very disappointing as staff seemed clueless on needing to keep food and drinks at the buffet topped up
Location is very good, train station and Castle are walking distance away.
Genius breakfast included - nice selection and tasty.
Comfy bed.
Towels with old stains.
No slippers or bathrobe.
Rusty holders in the bathroom, some dents on the tiles, needs refreshing a bit.
Room service is cash only because the machine is broken and the reception didn’t say anything about needing credit in advance. Food from Browns is ok and was brought up quickly.
My wife was taken seriously ill during our stay, the reception staff were excellent with the help and support provided. We are eternally grateful for this.

The bathroom a bit outdated, bathtub should be replaced by a shower. The aircon in the room was out of order.
