We enjoyed a very happy meet up with old American colleagues …a repeat of three years ago.

Cons:

Perhaps housekeeping took more notice of details like brass plates on corridor doors! General appearance of hallways and corridors look a bit tired…just saying!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location

Cons:

This hotel is extremely old and outdated. The room furniture is outdated and dirty, the carpets are dirty, and the windows are dirty. The overall cleaning and servicing are very poor. I hope that the hotel will be refurbished to the standards of Marriott Hotels in the future.

Stayed at this hotel before, standards were much better however now very disappointed
Pros:

The breakfast was the same bland menu for 6 days in a row!! No variety of food for 6 days!! The location of the hotel is good for graduation venue.

Cons:

The housekeeping service was shabby! Everyday we saw dust pile up in our rooms and had to go to reception to complain of the cleaning standards!
