Clean and modern, quiet room with aircon and the most comfortable beds
Very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the room very clean

the room was fine. The property was fine. It was all ok.
We paid for an upgrade but the room was still small. My main concern was that the outside windows were dirty. So dirty that you could hardly see out of them. This may be because we were on 10th floor but was not pleasant.

we were persuaded to upgrade to a superior room. What this actaully meant was the room had to king size beds leaving little room for anything else, only one chair, no dessk and only hanging storage for clothes
it’s a hotel that’s trading on a hotel that’s worn out
not worth the money carpets are stained in the room the duvet covers had stains on the outside i was upgraded to a double bedroom that’s located at the front of the hotel load music playing till 1.30am from the bars located opposite the hotel then at 5.30 am there’s a power washer jet machine

so i got about 4 hours sleep when i complained to the manager they shrugged their shoulders and said nothing a complete lack of respect to a paying customer there attitude was so poor it’s a insult that i was just ignored
not worth the £158 for that service
