My stay was disappointing due to poor room conditions, unorganized service, and significant noise issues that disrupted

I was disappointed with my stay for several reasons:

1. Room cleanliness and maintenance
The room I was assigned had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom hoses were broken and leaking, which caused inconvenience from the start.
2. Unorganized arrival experience
When I arrived, there was no receptionist available, and I had to wait without assistance. Additionally, the staff member handling the trolley was careless with my belongings, including fragile gifts that could have been damaged if I hadn’t intervened. The overall check‑in experience felt very unorganized.
3. Room size and noise issues
The room was extremely narrow, and there was a connecting door to the neighboring room. I could clearly hear the neighbor’s TV throughout the night, which disturbed my sleep. I reported the issue after the first night and was eventually moved to another room.
